This is the ideal location offering clean, comfortable accommodation and excellent service.

We were staying here during a sailing event, the location was ideal for the sailing club and access to Malcesine. The location is ideal very close to the beaches and lake for swimming. The garden area is lovely with sun loungers available next to the olive trees, overlooking the lake, which is stunning. The host was so helpful, speaking excellent English and made the effort to remember all our names from day 1! The breakfast was varied and excellent.

Any time again!

A family-run establishment for generations, with incredibly friendly and warm service. Amelia gave us excellent tips for day trips, which were a great success. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was generous and, crucially, superb. Among other things, the delicious tomatoes came straight from our own garden. – Thank you!

Solo Female Traveller

Exceptional personal service and fabulous breakfast buffet options. A quiet, beautiful setting with garden loungers to enjoy the magnificent lake views. Used public transport and bicycle to visit Malcesine, Navine, Monte Baldo and Limone. Thank you Amelia and family for a wonderful short stay.

Breakfast was better than any we had at other locations on our vacation in Italy. Great pastries and fresh items.

The air conditioning could have been cooler, but maybe the systems are different than what we are accustomed to in the US.

My husband thought the bed was the most comfortable, other than home. He had such restful sleep. The rooms are impeccably clean, as cleanliness is of #1 importance to the hosts. Breakfasts were special, Amelia greeted us with care each morning and the selection of foods was more than adequate and quite tasty. She got to know our culinary desires quickly and coffee was at the ready each day after. We received curated suggestions for dinner and each one did not disappoint. We would stay here again without hesitation. The last night we had the pleasure of speaking with longtime owners Kelly and her husband. Even though there was a slight language barrier, we persevered and had a lovely conversation, getting to understand how they met and fell in love 41 years ago.

We loved our stay here - we wish we could have stayed longer! It’s the perfect location from which to explore Lake Garda and the room and the facilities are lovely. Thanks to Amelia - the host - for being so friendly and helpful with local recommendations and advice. The breakfast was delicious too!

Perfect place for a long or short stay with a home-feel touch

Just fantastic! Perfect place for a long or short stay. It is more convenient to reach the location if you own a car and allows more flexibility to move around freely. They have a wonderful homemade breakfast from all the fruits that grow in the same garden, fresh figs, which was amazing for me personally. Amelia was extreme welcoming and has such great energy that I would return there just because of her hospitality. The facilities were clean, comfortable and new.

Unique B&B with exceptional room

The junior suite was outstanding, decorated to a high standard with all modern fixtures and fittings. It had a terrace overlooking the lake and mountains. The breakfast was also excellent, fresh and with a wide variety to choose from.

The driveway up to the property is very narrow and steep. One must cross the busy road to access the lake. There are places to sunbathe on the property- no pool unfortunately. There aren't many places to access by foot near the B&B.

What a gem! Highly recommendable B&B by the Garda Sea, with a welcoming warm atmosphere and beautiful view! The lovely host speaks both English and German and offers a great breakfast with barista coffee. Very fresh rooms. 30 m to the sea. Private parking by the house.

Incredible hospitality. This is a family run B&B that has the best breakfast! Tomatoes and dogs from the garden. Cheese and meat plates. Juice, coffee, croissants, eggs, toast, bruschetta and home made olive oil. Truly spectacular. It’s a great walking distance from Malcesince, about 2km with a beach at the bottom of the driveway and near a great Pizza spot too! Great value. And perfect location.

Stunning lakeside guesthouse with lovely hosts

Everything was perfect. The accommodation is so lovely. Perfect view from the garden to the lake. Rooms were clean and cozy. The Host Amelia is a wonderful and caring person who made our stay just perfect. The breakfast she made every morning was so delicious. Yummy Pancakes! Thanks for a wonderful time. Very nice place to stay in slightly less crowded part of the Garda shoreline with nice beach.

The breakfast was delicious with the possibility to sit outside in the beautiful courtyard. Very nice location and very kind owners. Our room was simple and clean with nice balcony and view towards the lake. Definitely recommended place to stay.

While this is rather subjective, I found the bed extremely hard and uncomfortable. Also when other guests were returning late at night, it was quite loud in the hallway.

Sehr netter Empfang, super Lage am See. An der Hauptstraße, aber man hört überhaupt nichts davon, da das Haus zurückversetzt liegt. Alles sehr gepflegt, genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Wiese mit Liegen, alles sehr großzügig. Man bekommt auch Getränke serviert. Frühstück lecker, im Freien mit Blick auf den See. Ganz liebe Chefin, spricht super Deutsch
