Dependence del Parco

We chose the property due to the on-site facilities of gym, beach, restaurant and spa as we were travelling with our 3 month old baby. Overall very happy our stay. The staff were all fantastic in particular Alessandro our waiter. He was so helpful and gave us so many tips and great advice for our stay.

1. Rooms were dated and not clean enough. We asked for an upgrade from B block to M which was much better but still dated. The rooms are not as modern as they show online. 2. Cleanliness - the room could have been cleaner. Our rug didn’t look to have been hoovered and one day they forgot to clean the room. 3. Car parking - given you have to drive and there is nowhere else to park I was very surprised to be charged 20eur / day. This should be included. It isn’t clear on arrival you will be charged for this. 4. Adult / child only areas - I agree with other reviews that it is disappointing that a hotel set up for families makes you feel inferior for having a child. Unable to use large outdoor pool, unable to sit outside on the terrace for breakfast or dinner. Unable to eat at the terrace restaurant. That said, the staff were great with the baby in the areas you were allowed. 5. Hilly site which was fine for us but did get tricky in areas with the buggy so you needed to navigate the resort lifts.

This resort / hotel is an excellent value for money, everything is made to enjoy your stay, from the car park to the friendliness of the staff. We spent a wonderful weekend taking advantage of the stunning private beach, the view from our room and the different nice restaurants (directly on site). The breakfast buffet is well organized and offers a rich variety of food (local and international). We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back for another weekend.

Breakfast exceptional, view from the resort is breathtaking. The staff is very professional and kind. I recommend the "Passeggiata di Amore" with a fantastic view on the Lugano lake.

The room located near to the main road (E24) is quiet noisy when windows are opened. During the very busy Easter weekend the checkin should be improved. The employee who was in charge of our checkin was there only during the last 3 days. Mini Club outdoor activities are not very well organized.

Location Parc and nature all around

Some dust could be found at arrival on the appartement floor; no wet floor cleaning after vacuum cleaning?

The cleaners left when they saw that the kids were still in bed, but did not come back later to make the room.

The location was very good and the large range of facilities were excellent, especially for families. The breakfast buffet was one of the best with an huge variety to choose from. The restaurants also served good quality food. Staff were very helpful .

The room and its location. Our room/apartment was not in the main hotel but in a completely separate house at least 50 metres away and down a very steep gradient (room F22). This made accessing all the facilities, such as the reception and restaurants a tiresome exercise. Plus the room was tired and old fashioned with very limited view of the lake. Not at all like the modern rooms which are advertised on your website, which were a significant reason for choosing this hotel. The booking was made seven weeks beforehand so it was not a last minute reservation. Our room was so different from those advertised it could constitute a case for violating trade description. With hindsight I do believe that guests booking direct probably get the rooms shown on the website. Very disappointing and therefore expensive error.

Das Personal ist sehr professionell und zuvorkommend. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön, das Frühstück von bester Qualität Die Tiefgarage sehr praktisch (20€/tag) Der neue spa Bereich ist architektonisch wunderbar gelungen und ein Highlight. Das Zimmer ist funktional, schön ist die Terrasse Die Heizung sehr gut zu regulieren

Wir hatten leider in 2 Nächten randalierende Nachbarn, die den Schlaf unmöglich machten, desweiteren wohnten in unserem Zimmer Insekten (wanzen). Auch hier war das Personal stets hilfreich und bemüht. Wir hatten das Hotel wegen der Silvester Feier gewählt- ja, das essen war gut zog sich aber über 5 std, wenig rahmen Programm und kein Tanz für die Gäste

Très beau parc avec l'hôtel. Fruits frais et mûrs au petit déjeuner. Literies confortables.

L'accueil aucun geste de bienvenue dans la chambre... Piscine extérieure non chauffée! Vous ne pouvez que stationner dans l'hôtel et c'est 20€ par jour ! Petit déjeuner, tout les jours les mêmes produits, pas de jus d'orange pressé, ou alors c'est un supplément ! 4 restaurants ouverts sur réservation, qualité moyenne et prix élevé ! Nous avons testé un des deux restaurants gastronomiques à notre arrivée. On nous a demandé de choisir le vin, alors que l'on ne savait pas encore quoi manger... Il faut croire qu'en Italie on choisit le repas d'après le vin que l'on veut boire ! Dans un des autres restaurants, j'ai voulu commander une côte de bœuf, le serveur me l'a déconseillé, la qualité de la viande laissait à désirer, d'après lui ! Si vous sortez de l'hôtel à pied, vous n'irais pas loin, pas de trottoirs, il faut marcher sur une route étroite et limiter à 70 km/h. Le long du lac pratiquement pas de stationnement possible ! Le lac de Côme c'est la même galère ! La chambre, grand séjour avec une déco très austère, salle de bain minuscule avec les WC a l'intérieur. C'est pratique vous pouvez vous brosser les dents tout en faisant vos besoins... Petite douche, pas de baignoire ! Petite cuisine, mais si vous voulez l'utiliser c'est un supplément ! On devait avoir vu sur la piscine et sur le Lac , on voyait effectivement le Lac , mais pas de piscine, à la place vu sur un garage de réparation de bateaux et sur la route bruyant! Le tout pour plus de 2575€, pour une semaine à deux avec petit déjeuner et trois restos! Je ne conseille pas du tout ! C'est le pire 4 étoiles que j'ai fait !

Het ontbijt was uitstekend. De faciliteiten ook goed. Binnen en buitenzwembad, zowel voor kinderen als volwassenen. Activiteiten voor kinderen, tieners en volwassenen. De locatie is geweldig. Het uitzicht op het meer en de bergen is echt fantastisch. Op 20 minuten rijden zit Lugano City, heel erg leuk om te winkelen en/of te eten. Het appartement werd elke dag schoongemaakt, en ook echt goed schoongemaakt Het personeel is vriendelijk.

De grootte van de kamer. Met zijn vieren op een kamer met de slaapbank uitgeklapt was behoorlijk krap voor ons. Het was gelukkig mooi weer, waardoor we veel van het terrasje voor het appartementje gebruik gemaakt hebben. De restaurants vielen tegen. Er waren er 2 open in mei. Allebei niet goed. Hoge prijs en het eten viel echt tegen. Jammer, want ik had dit geboekt omdat er restaurants bij het resort zaten en nu zijn we na beide restaurants geprobeerd te hebben, ergens anders (en dus verderop) gaan eten. Terwijl het juist fijn is als je niet weg hoeft met kinderen. Parkeren kost 20 euro per dag.
