I loved the property as a whole, accessing the place was super easy, the views were stunning and lots of sun beds, outdoor tables and chairs spaced around the property to enjoy the view. The pool amazing!

First and foremost, our hosts were exceptionally charming. Smiling, welcoming, very nice. Everything we asked or requested was answered with great willingness to help, in detail and with a smile.
The room itself was quite spacious, excellent heating, spectacular view. Nothing was missing in terms of equipment.
The place has plenty of parking. For those who have a car, the location is quite good, a short drive to the supermarket and the ferry station in Lenno (which is not very busy) and to the beautiful villas on this bank of the lake.
In our opinion, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, but we will note that in our opinion the bed was not very comfortable, that in our opinion the basic equipment that the place provides is not enough (mainly dish soap, toilet paper, salt, etc.) and that there are too many rules in the place's instruction manual.

Fantastic views and lovely location (a bit of a walk to get to nearest shop or cafe but we didn’t mind).
Super nice and friendly owner. Daily recommendations of things to do was much appreciated, further recommendations and tips on request.
We enjoyed the swimming pool a lot.
Three out of five beds were very old and uncomfortable. Skylight in bedroom had no curtain, meaning that we got woken up when the sun got up every morning. Very hot in top floor flat. Very noisy garden works at 8am on Saturday morning.
Several small lizards /geckos in the bedroom and bathroom inside the flat.
Top floor flat only has low level windows, meaning that you have to sit down on the floor to fully be able to look out.
Everything is a bit old and dated, but this was in line with expectations
