Amazing staff, beautiful property, clean and gorgeous views
To us this hotel was perfect, the staff were so welcoming and helpful and always around to say hello. The property was beautiful, definitely one of our favourite hotels. The views around the hotel were stunning. It is very well looked after and has such charm and was very clean, the cleaning staff were amazing! All staff were so lovely and attentive, from check in to breakfast dinner and drinks at the bar, they were so so friendly and did so much to make our trip an enjoyable experience. We really loved our stay here and have nothing but good things to say about it, we have been recommending to friends and family already and will be visiting again in the future. Thank you for a great stay to all staff.
Nothing we didn’t like, the hotel is further up the hills than a lot of the hotels so we deffos got our steps in walking up everyday but the hotel, staff and views were so worth it!

Look forward to coming back
Very clean! staff was wonderful family owned and operated. The views were fantastic. just up in the mountain a bit so need a car for sure to get down to the town because taxis are €25 for a five minute ride

Very enjoyable
Very nice establishment. Well taken care of. Sits a bit above the lake with incredible views. Peaceful. Staff are really friendly. Rooms are nice and neat. Good selection at breakfast. Hotel even offers a classic dinner service (with a few hours notice ), convient.

The sisters are amazing! The daughter too!! Apologies i only know Bernadetta by nane but beautiful service! We loved our stay!
Although the views were insane! The walk up the hill is horrendous! And €20 for a 5 min journey is quite high... but nothing against the hotel as they are amazing and we loved it ❤️

Everything! Position, views, cleanliness, quietness, pool, parking, but most of all, the friendliness of all the owners and staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay.

Very enjoyable and would highly recommend
The staff were so friendly and helpful, beautiful views, everything in the room was in order, food was very tasty. We were made to feel very welcome. We would return without hesitation.
