The hotel is in a very good location. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and had an excellent lakeview.
The only downside was the parking. We wanted to book an accomodation which has parking. We are a family with two little kids and carrying luggages from own parking space would have been nice. Unfortunately there was no available parking space by the time of our arrival. It should have been said that the number of parking spaces are limited. Anyways there is a free car park just 100 meters away from the Hotel so it was not a significant matter but it should be described.

Disappointing
Location was very good
No hot water before 7am Rooms not cleaned daily Beds not made for the whole weekend Bins not emptied for the whole weekend Dirty glasses and empty water glass water bottle left in the room for the whole weekend No clean towels - towels only changed every 3 days Breakfast was very basic and no real options Breakfast was the same options everyday Lunch was cancelled at short notice We found the staff unhelpful when asked for assistance in getting around Lake como or any advice We felt that the staff were doing the least amount possible and the hotel provide the least service possible to save money

The location was good. Walking distance to ferry, restaurants and market. The rooms were spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Staff helpful.
