Rooms are located in old building, which was recently renovated with attention to details. Owner retained old features, like old doors, some walls, furniture, and renovated the rest. Design is fantastic and will definitely impress. Additionally, there is very beautiful and nice garden to have a breakfast or to relax in the evening. Home made tasty breakfast is served to each guest individually, so this is really nice experience as well. Property is located 10-12 minutes away from the Como Lake by foot. Bar, restaurants and ferry stop are within 15 min walking, so this make travel to other Como towns very convenient and easy. There is public short-term parking (up to 2 hours) within 70 meters from hotel, and public long-term parking abound 200-250 meter away (which always had a free spots during our stay).

The quality-price ratio was overrated, but I guess it’s normal for a popular tourist destination such as Tremezzo.

Amazing property, 15 min walk from town. And a fantastic garden.

Beautiful, well-preserved old building. Nice garden. Modern bathroom with spacious shower. Good bed.

The room was very small, certainly for the price. There’s little storage space for your stuff & luggage. Also the room was cold as the heater automatically turned off during the night. The shutters didn’t close and there are no curtains so the sunlight wakes you up in the morning. Free parking isn’t guaranteed as it’s dependent on availability at a nearby public parking space. The hostess wasn’t unfriendly per se but did have a somewhat distant/cold attitude about her, it’s hard to explain. You really feel like you’re a guest in her house rather than a guest at a hotel. Ultimately the value for money just wasn’t great - while the property is nice and has some clear positives the price was just too high for what you get (especially when you consider it was off-season)
