Not recommended except for heavy sleepers used to road noise
View at breakfast but too tired to enjoy it.
Hotel right next to road and vehicle noise kept us awake all night. Hotel did not give us the room we booked and paid for in advance. They said they gave us a free upgrade but no view or balcony and room poorly designed. Toilet design amplified any noise. Small pillows and no headboard meant sitting up in bed uncomfortable. Whole trip to Lake Como ruined by lake of sleep. Tv didn’t work.

Great location, breakfast disappointing.
We loved the location as it was right on the side of the lake. Be sure to choose one of the rooms with a view if you want to see the lake. The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. They were quick to answer our questions about available activities in the area. The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. It is only open for two hours and at times there was not much food left.
The breakfast staff was not as attentive as we would have hoped. We asked three times for hot chocolate and it took them quite some time to deliver it. There are only two hours for breakfast.
