We had a short stay of 3 nights. The staff was extremely helpful, with a special mention for Ms Veronica & Ms Juliet. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable

We stayed at Albergo Ristorante Silvio in Bellagio and had a mixed experience.
The room was nice overall, but the roof height was ridiculously low. We kept hitting our heads constantly—it was honestly a huge pain and really took away from the comfort of the stay.
The location is decent. You can take a bus into the center, but the frequency is low. Walking takes about 15–20 minutes, but it’s a steep uphill climb on the way back, so be prepared.
Now, the two best things about this place: the view and the staff. The view of Lake Como is absolutely stunning—no complaints there. And the staff? Super warm and friendly. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Overall, not a bad stay, but if you're tall or not up for a bit of a hike, take that into account before booking.

Was looking for an affordable hotel with breakfast facing the lake. This is it. I got a partly facing the lake room. The room is clean and nice. Breakfast is good and staff are very friendly and helpful

Won’t recommend . Only foils, no curtains, when the light is on everyone in the parking and street could see our every move.
Aircon did nothing, opening the door was the only choice. (People smoking on the balconies next to us as mosquitoes were a problem)
Marco was very friendly and helpful. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was fine. But sleeping was a challenge with the heat and light from the parking lot shining into the room with no curtain. And lots of noise. Making sleeping a real challenge.
