Exceeded all of my expectations

I absolutely loved my staying in Wiesen!❤️ Great room with excellent comfortable bed and very clean! I was lucky to taste a authentic Italian pizza which I strongly recommend, and of course I also had a great breakfast ( including local products like eggs and butter). The staff was more than friendly and always glad to help and to answer to all of my requests. The view is amazing, and the position of this hotel offers you the possibility to enjoy the swiss mountains. The silence of this small village is priceless! If you like mountains and you need to escape from the city and just relax this is the perfect place.

the family who runs the hotel is so nice, we arrived very late, and we only stayed one night. we had dinner which was Italian style and utterly good!! breakfast was nice a lot of homemade specialties. overall great value for the money.

Location is nice, quiet and remote. Perfect starting point for winter hikes or snowshoe tours. Bread at breakfast was really good and freshly baked.

The room (although a triple room) is very crammed. There isn't much space to move around the beds. The temperature in the room was quite cool, the bathroom was even colder and doesn't have heating. Dinner and breakfast was ok, but a bit overpriced for what is offered (no eggs at breakfast, no choice of coffee other than espresso or black.

Super hotel

Located between Davos and Lenzerheide. Abot 25 min drive in either directions. Great view from the balcony. Breakfast is relative simple, no warm eggs or sausages but enough for a start of another great day in the mountains. Free parking is an additional benefit which is not obvious in the area. The hotel has a great restaurant with Italian cousin. The food quality is outstanding and the prices are moderate. Many locals come there and order food for take away. We have spent a very pleasant 6 nights there in winter. And I will be recommending this place to my friends and others.

Nothing really. Only one complaint about the TV. No Swiss official TV channels i.e SRF1, 2, Info. The channels were there but did not work and required some card.

Aufgrund von mangelnden Alternativen in Wiesen, würde ich wahrscheinlich nochmals in der Sonnhalde buchen

Grosses Zimmer, toller grosser Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Berge, bequeme Betten

Frühstücksbuffet war ok, aber der Kaffee aus dem Vollautomat war miserabel, die Früchte in der Fruchtschale waren schrumpelig und teils schimmlig, die Auswahl war sehr beschränkt. In unserem Zimmer hat die Heizung nicht richtig funktioniert, es war sehr kalt. Der Manager und die Angestellten waren zwar freundlich aber sehr reserviert. Nachts ging ein Feueralarm los (Fehlalarm), aber der Hotelmanager hat sich danach nicht einmal für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt. Das Abendessen war in Ordnung, aber nicht übermässig lecker (die Pizza ist empfehlenswert).

Billig in jeder Beziehung!

Eigentlich hat mir nur der Preis gefallen. Es gab in der Gegend nichts anderes zu einem halbwegs günstigen Preis.

Das Badezimmer war schrecklich. Klein, dunkel, deutliche Spuren der vorherigen Gäste. Auch sonst war die Einrichtung sehr abgewohnt und einige Teile sollten dringend getauscht werden.

Eine sehr schöne , ruhige Lage. Toller Ausblick. Ein super bequemes Bett. Matratze, Kissen und Decke komfortabel. Eine sehr, sehr nette, herzliche junge Frau am Empfang und als Bedienung. Super aufmerksam für die Kundenwünsche. Mega gutes Frühstück für den Preis. Ausreichend zum Essen!

Das Bad ist überfällig zum Renovieren. Das Silikon verfärbt. Die Wand in der Dusche löst sich ab. Der Boden im Badezimmer sehr alt. Der Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer gehört längst raus, sehr alt, schlechter Geruch.
