The staff was extremely friendly and answered all of our needs. The location is a 5 minute walk from the Gondola, so it's a perfect base for the ski holiday. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.
The room was a bit cold, although the heating seemed to work.
Also, the room was very simple, only basic needs. For one night it was really enough, but for longer stays I would look for extra amenities.

Good location. Easy to reach what you want by walk
Breakfast is ok but not a large choice
The real name is Hotel Cresta, it doesn't help to find it when you are looking for Alpenblick... Obviously Alpenblick is a better name
It is said that ther is a sauna but it was not available : out of order
Hotel is a bit old and very noisy : you can easily hear the people from the other rooms
Too expensive : price not in relation with what is offered

Well priced, 4 min walk to ski lift. Hotel and room nice and warm and clean.
Internet was intermittent in my room, but I was in a corner room maybe further from the router.
Fine for static pages, but I had to hotspot my phone to have a video call.

Very big and comfy room with great view, located at the center of Klosters. I was surprised to see that the bathroom was equipped with a scale
Nobody was there when I arrived in the late afternoon. I found a note and the key. The corridor lights were not working. The room was a bit dusty. The breakfast was very disappointing. Presumably they serve it from 7:30 am but it was not set until 7:36 or so.. The bread and croissants were not fresh, the coffee cups are too small for the amount of coffee the machine gives. The rest were very basic, no butter was available. The parking comes at an additional cost that is not clear from the booking page.
