Disappointing

central location

very noisy - you can hear every step, conversation and door opening/closing in the hotel. Our room was above the kitchen so we could hear banging all day (schnitzel prep)

We really loved the size of the room and the quietness of the room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel resembles a Swiss Chalet.

Garage in the basement.

I wasn’t told before I arrived that the restaurant was closed Sundays and Monday’s. Had to eat out, not happy at all. The phone in my room did not work. No pressure in the shower and had to shower in another room. Room on the road side and noisy. Very kind lady at reception.

The restaurant is exceptional, all the staff were the friendliest I have ever experienced. I was travelling alone and was made to feel very welcome.

It would be helpful to have a kettle or teas maid in the bedroom as it is nice to have a warm drink when it is cold outside.

Outstanding experience and the most amazing holiday accommodation with amazing view

Amazing staff. Thank you Diana, Anna and all the great team in Klosters Steinbock Hotel. The room was outstanding with a great view. Very beautiful experience and amazing interactions with friendly people. They helped me alot in getting oriented around the town and train times. Diana was so amazing and help me in informing me about how to get to Davos Platz and the World Economic Forum 2022.

I will only recommend to expand the time for break fast to start from 6am due to the beautiful weather during these Summer days. Normally, breakfast starts from 7.30am, and if possible to start it earlier.

A fantastic stay - incredible friendly, comfy and delicious food - we would certainly recommend!

We had a delightful stay! The food was excellent with wonderful breakfasts and dinner. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. It had a lovely family run feel. We would certainly recommend and looking forward to staying here again!
