Breakfast can be improved - pancakes , waffles can be added

Warm atmosphere , fast check in which is really important when you have a small baby. I asked humidifier to my room and it was provided. Very client oriented. Wonderful restaurant with lunch and dinner

Sauna started work from 14:00 and till 19:00 which is little bit not enough

Fantastic.

Better glassware in the rooms, decor a little old world to attract young people, could use a hipper tech set up. Lobby could be more hip and a place with groovy furniture and music

We enjoyed our short stay at the Vereina, with friendly and helpful staff.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Hotel Vereina. Our room had a lovely view and was very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a really interesting and tasty dinner at the RICE (the Asian) restaurant in the hotel.

Simply perfect

The stay at the beginning of January was a perfect success. It started with the friendly and very helpful check-in. The hotel is simply top in all respects – from the spa, to the rooms, and the restaurants. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend it – A real gem in Klosters. Will definitely come back

Perfect location, excellent breakfast, SPA and all facilities are just amazing and well organized, staff if super friendly and welcome ceremony was so informative and good that left us with no questions.

Exceptional

The biggest asset of this hotel is the staff. The service they provided was better than in many 5* hotels we visited. They were extremely attentive and helpful. From the hotel receptionists who provided a great welcome, through a porter who parked our car, placed our skies into the ski room and brought our luggage to our room, to waitresses/waiters who took great care of us during breakfasts and dinners. The dinner in the restaurant was amazing (4 course dinner + an extra starter), kudos to the chef and his team. Wellness (opened between 3pm and 8pm) is a great addition with plenty of saunas to choose from and a nice swimming pool (opened from 11am to 8pm). We received welcome drinks, tickets for busses/trains from and to Davos as well as vouchers with 15% discounts on ski and sport rentals. The garage parking place costs 25 CHF a day and we would strongly recommend it if you come by car. The bottom line, great hotel with amazing staff and restaurant. We strongly recommend it and we will definitely be coming back.

These is a minor issue that did not bother us, as the hotel was not fully booked, but the room door does not insulate very well the sounds from the corridor.
