Very comfortable stay in lovely traditional swiss hotel. Amazing large room & great location.

We had a very comfortable stay in a lovely authentic & traditional swiss hotel. We had an amazing large room with a huge balcony. Nice friendly staff. Great location very near the station.

What could have been better? Well we thought the breakfasts were a bit disappointing for the cost. The choice of cooked breakfasts was good, however the same 3 meats and 3 cheeses came on a tray every morning. The reason was to avoid wastage! - but we prefer a wider choice & only select what we are going to eat - whereas e.g. the 3 choices included the same salami & hard cheese which we always left! I also prefer a greater choice of yoghurts and fruit. We booked bed & breakfast & tried the A la carte evening meal once - which although was very nice - was quite expensive compared to other places that we tried. Some of the dishes were a bit too "fussy" for our taste - but we don't claim to be food connoisseurs.

We were delighted with our stay at the hotel. the room was lovely and big with charming features and very comfortable. The balcony was perfect, as were the views. It is our second stay at this hotel. it is lovely

The hotel is lovely and old, incredibly charming and authentic. it is located right in the middle of town, steps from the train station. it has a great restaurant with great cuisine as well!

You have to be ready to walk up the stairs! as being an old building it naturally has no elevator, that however is part of its charm.

The walls were very thin. Kept awake by some late arrivals who were simply talking until 3am. The restaurant was excellent but very expensive even for Switzerland.

Perfect weekend at historical location

Very clean room, well equipped and at perfect location in the center and next to the station/ski. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice in a great and historical dining room. We charged our Tesla at the destination charger.

A real treat of a hotel….not to be missed!

Oozing traditional alpine charm, this delightful small hotel in the centre of Klosters gave us a warm welcome. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and best of all our evening meal in the characteristic restaurant exceeded expectations. We both chose the Wiener Schnitzel with warm potatoes and cucumber and red berry relish…..superbly cooked, well presented and washed down with a carafe of local blended red wine served by a most amiable waiter. Thank you greatly …..if we are in the area again we shall most definitely be back!

Everything was to our liking ….a mirror in the bedroom would have been appreciated while my husband took his time in the bathroom!

Schönes historisches Hotel mit suboptimalem Frühstück

Wunderschönes Zimmer 41, oberster Stock mit Süd-Terrasse. Schöner Speisesaal fürs Frühstück. Freundliche hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin.

Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung: - Kellner sprach kaum deutsch, er brachte deshab einen knapp lauwarmen Latte Machiato statt einen Cappuccina. - die Frühstücksküche brachte eine schwarz angebratene Omelette, die ich zurück gab. Als Ersatz folgte eine Omelette, gefaltet mit 2 kalten Scheibletten Käse drin. - statt eines in einem 4 Stern Hotel üblichen Käsebuffet mit Auswahlmöglichkeit gab es ein Tellerchen mit 2 Scheibletten und zwei Stücklein Weichkäse.

Historische Unterkunft in Klosters

Sehr schöne, historische Einrichtung. Schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon im Flair der 40 er Jahre. Das Restaurant war grossartig und die Speisen aussergewöhnlich. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Der Rezeptionist war ein freundlicher und höflicher junger Mann, wirkte jedoch etwas verträumt. Erst auf Nachfrage am nächsten Tag bekam ich meine Gästekarte. Die Rechnung schrieb er mir gleich nochmal, obwohl ich bereits über booking gezahlt hatte. Im Zimmer roch es von 20 bis 23 Uhr extrem nach Küche. Das Frühstück hätte mehr Obst und Gemüse enthalten können.

Das Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr schön.

Da es in ganz Klosters nicht möglich war etwas zu essen, haben wir uns entschieden eine Pizza zu holen und im Zimmer dazu fernzusehen. Bis wir gemerkt haben, dass es im Zimmer gar keinen Fernseher hat. Für CHF 550.00 pro Nacht ist das schwer zu verstehen.

"understated elegance". authentisch Klosters, wie ich es seit meiner Kindheit lieben gelernt habe. Zuvorkommender diskreter Service. Koesstliche Speisen in kleinen(!) Portionen. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Zimmer 23 hoert alles(!), was im Nebenzimmer gesagt und getan wird.
