Enjoyable.

Clean pleasant room, good size, comfortable bed. Excellent central location.

Ski room was crowded and there appeared to be a leak in the roof.

Even though we only stayed for two nights, everything went wonderfully and we loved our experience.

The location is fantastic, and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful, especially the reception team. We will definitely return this summer

No fridge in the room 25chf extra charge for room service no water in the room. you need to take it from the bathroom tap bad smell in the bathroom had to wait 70mins for food from the order at the restaurant. also 20mins wait before getting a menu and somebody to take care of us for a 550chf room i would have expected better for me this is a 3 star hotel

Wonderful hotel in the center of Klosters - better service required

Great location and wonderful terrace; excellent food at dinner at the Peak Restaurant and a good wellness area.

The breakfast buffet is very limited and a simple order of eggs sunny side up costs extra; a few staff members are very nice and made an effort, while others really ruined the experience with their terrible attitude and service. The steam bath needs an upgrade.

Schönes Haus mit guter Atmosphäre.

Das Hotel liegt gegenüber vom kleinen Bahnhof und einer Lift-Station sehr zentral. Coop, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne Zimmer mit bequemen Betten.

Das Bad ist relativ klein.

L'année commence bien

Juste devant la gare. Le Parking souterrain privé est un plus surtout quand il neige et fait mois 5-7C. Le matin la voiture est sans neige et chaude (15C dans le garage). Présence de charriots porte valises à ta disposition; Ce luxe coute 11CHF par nuit. C'est un extra. Piscine interne très jolie. La chambre que nous occupions était très grande et confortable et très bien équipée, meme un peignoir. Hotel muni d'ascenseur. Petit déjeuner compris et très varié Restaurant: Personnel qui s'exprime en plusieurs langues, très disponible. Très bonne cuisine et variée. Digne des 5 étoiles. Prix Booking.com très intéressant

Le niveau du personnel un peu... distrait considérant les 5 étoiles. très gentil mais reçue la clef, on nous a envoyé dans une autre aile de l'hotel mais.... OPS où est la chambre? dans l'autre aile. Cuisine très bonne, mais la salle à manger... trop de serviettes qui trainaient par terre sous les tables préparées. L'eau commandée qui n'arrive pas... je crois que après 10 jours avec Noel et réveillon, on est tous un peu fatigué. Meme avec ces points "non souriants", nous y retournerons, le personnel est vraiment très accueillant.

Die Zentrale Lage zur Gotschna Bahn (2min zu Fuss), Skiraum, sehr schönes Restaurant, sehr gutes Wellness, grosszügiges Zimmer mit sehr angenehmen Bett, grosser Balkon mit Sicht zur Bergbahn/Bahnhofplatz, Tiefgarage, sehr freundliches Personal. Ich komme jederzeit wieder!

Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Die Lage war sehr zentral, das Zimmer war von der Größe und Ausstattung gut, die Betten sehr bequem.

Das Zimmer waren im Gästehaus; da kaum Zimmer belegt waren, kümmerte man sich auch recht wenig um die Gäste, das Zimmer wurde nur halbherzig sauber gemacht, Fernseher funktionierte nicht richtig, Frühstück war sehr schwach, um einen 2. Kaffee zu bekommen, musste man erst mal jemand suchen, Eier kalt, Brot wurde jeden Tag wieder das alte hingelegt. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Wofür 4 Sterne???

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof gefällt mir sehr gut.Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich sogar mit Infrarotsauna.In der Gästekarte ist die Bahnfahrt nach Davos kostenfrei.

Das Personal beim Frühstück war nicht sehr Aufmerksam.Mann musste zTeil am Büfet die Getränke bestellen.Das Zimmer war mir zu warm.

Eigentlich fast nichts auszusetzen, sehr gut erreichbar mit ÖV. Frühstücksbüffet 1A, nur immer die gleiche Musik 😂. Hotel ist sehr ruhig, auch von draussen hört man nichts. Haben ein schöneres Zimmer bekommen, was wir sehr geschätzt hatten.

Nichts auszusetzen, würde sofort wieder gehen.🙏👍

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Modern und sehr sauber. Nichts hat gefehlt. Tolles Frühstück mit richtigem Kaffee (Siebträgermaschine). Alles wunderbar. Parkgarage auch für tiefere Fahrzeuge geeignet ;)

Hatten zuerst das Standard-Zimmer in der 1. Etage gebucht, aber dieses war sehr dunkel und hatte eine miserable Aussicht. Für einen Zwischenstopp ok, aber wer Ferien macht, bucht lieber das Superior mit Balkon. Lohnt sich auf jedenfall!

Toller Kurzurlaub mit Freunden

Sehr netter Empfang, wir erhielten sogar ein update bei den Zimmern. Das Abendessen war sehr gut aber auch etwas teuer.

Das Servicepersonal war zwar nett, aber es gab zum teil sehr lange wartezeiten bis man bestellen konnte. Das Früstücksbuffet lies doch sehr zu wünschen übrig und der Frühstücksraum zu kleinund zu dunkel.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Auch Ausstattung von Zimmer war von hoher Qualität.

Bis auf den sehr guten Lachs war das Frühstücksbüffet mit Aufbackbrot und Brötchen sowie Dosenfruchtsalat nicht wirklich der Hammer. Auch gab es jeden Tag den beim Fleisch immer den gleichen nicht sehr hochwertigen Salami und den gleichen Schinken. Über die 4 Tage hat es auch immer die zwei gleichen Käsesorten gegeben.

Tolles Personal, komfortables Zimmer und leckeres Essen

Wir feierten unseren ersten Hochzeitstag und das Housekeeping legte einige Überraschungen in unserem Zimmer bereit, wir waren sehr gerührt. Das Essen im Restaurant Peak war hervorragend!

Die Berge erleben

Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Charmantes Interieur Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof Klosters Platz ist praktisch um in der näheren Ungebung Ausflüge zu unternehmen, oder den Start für eine Wanderung zu erreichen. Und mit dem Postauto oder dem Zug die Seitentäler zu erkunden. Nach Davos mit der Premium Gästekarte gratis. Da gibt es viele Bergbahnen. Thomas Mann Weg, die Schatzalp, das Kirchner Museum. Die Gotschnagrad Bahn ist direkt am Bahnhof Klosters. Im Hotel können sie leckere Mittagsmenüs konsumieren. Das Dorf Klosters ist ein reizender Ort, mit Bergdorfcharakter.

Feines Zürich Geschnetzeltes im Restaurant Peak. Super Lage gegenüber dem Bahnhof und in der Nähe vieler Geschäfte. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstückbuffet. Nette Bedienung im ganzen Haus.
