Charming but noisy with all the limits of Swiss hotels

It had a nice atmosphere, very well kept, simple decor but tasteful, nice home-family feeling, great location, extremely clean and very accommodating and flexible staff

The housekeeping staff on Sunday morning was extending loud and walls and doors are quite thin, so from 8 onwards there was no possibility to rest, quite annoying actually, in particular as the hotel is simple but pricy so I expect these to be the things they should pay attention to. The rest of negative are common to most hotel In Switzerland, far too hot, bad with that horrible thick duvet without bed sheets, restaurant quality quite low, very basic breakfast

Everything great. Celerina itself is a fantastic place. Nice helpful staff. Overall great stay!

Its not a issue, but if you don't know German, French, Italian or Spanish, you may find communication with the staff difficult as almost no one speaks English.

Very enjoyable stay enjoyed the walk around the village and great sitting outside with a beer

The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices fruit juice ,cereals ,variety of different bread, cheeses, jams ,tea or coffee with charming service . The room was comfortable and quiet . Receptionist was helpful and friendly . I have skied for 47 years Celerina is part of St Moritz ski area so plenty of different areas to pick from

More information on arrival would be good - this might be because I only speak English which is my fault. I wasn't told about hotel menu, boot room and didn't know there was cooked breakfast until my last morning I saw someone else had ordered hot food.

Location was good. Easy access with public transport. Good restaurant, and waiters. Unfortunately, they speak less English. But they tried their best to help out.

Cosy, relaxing and gorgeous

Great views of the valley and the mountains. Loved the sound of the stream and petting the horses. Wood decor is lovely. Staff extremely accommodating. Felt like home.

Restaurant is pricey but that's true for every restaurant in the area. Would love to find more vegetarian alternatives. Also, medium stiffness pillow would be a plus.

Gemütliches Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Ideal sind auch die Parkplätze gleich vor dem Haus. Selbst eine kleine Bike-Waschstation gibt es. Im Restaurant kann man sehr gut essen, und die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich.

Das Frühstück war sensationell, von frischen geschnittenen und ganzen Früchten über Birchermüesli, zu regionalen Spezialitäten wie Engadiner Joghurt und Butter und Bündnerfleisch, Aufschnitt und vieles mehr. Das Personal ist herzlich freundlich, das ganze Ambiente ein Traum

So lange wir auch überlegen, es könnte nichts besser sein, es ist für uns einfach alles perfekt
