Great choice in Lenz

We liked everything at this hotel especially the friendly staff and service. Good breakfast, excellent wellness, good room size with good smelling wood furniture. We could walk everywhere and take trips around. The hotel has an excellent restaurant so we ate in the hotel both evenings. We plan on coming back

Would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and the restaurant.

We were just looking for a nice place near Chur. What we found was amazing. The old building was concerning at first, but we found that it had been upgraded and was larger and nicer than most. The host, Mateus was really helpful with the room, then we found that he also worked at the restaurant and his suggestions were fantastic. We had a beef bone broth soup, capuna, and a fabulous dessert. We actually came back the next day for the soup. The breakfast was good. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Super level of service! I was traveling by bike. And I fell in Chur. The hotel graciously proposed to me their pharmacy kit to treat my road rashes. Moreover the room was spacious. I will stay again in this hotel if I travel back to Lenz 👍

Very friendly staff, play room for the kids, everything is newly renovated and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose La Tgoma again!

No elevator but the staff helps with the luggage. Some additional hooks to hang the clothes/jackets would have been very useful.

Sehr nettes Personal. Schön angerichtetes Frühstück. Infrastruktur ist ganz neu und schön. Kleine Küche im Zimmer vorhanden. Restaurant im Hotel hat sehr feines thailändisches Essen.

sehr wenig Ablagefläche in Zimmer und Bad, nur 1 Stuhl für 2 Personen Selber zubereitetes Essen in der Kleinküche musste auf dem Bett sitzend gegessen werden.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit herzlichen Gastgebern nahe Lenzerheide

Ein wahres Schmuckstück! Die wunderschönen, frisch renovierten Hotelzimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, teilweise mit kleiner Küche, und absolut makellos sauber. Das reichhaltige und vielseitige Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders praktisch: das hoteleigene Parkhaus und die kurze Fahrzeit nach Lenzerheide. Die Bushaltestelle liegt ganz in der Nähe, und in nur 10 Minuten ist man bequem bei der Talstation der Rothornbahn. Für Skifahrer ist das Busticket mit gültigem Skipass und Skiausrüstung sogar kostenlos. Vom ersten Kontakt bei der Reservation bis zur Abreise hat einfach alles perfekt geklappt. Die Betreiber sind unglaublich sympathisch und hilfsbereit – herzlichen Dank nochmals für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir wurden äusserst freundlich begrüsst und hatten ein sehr schönes komfortables Zimmer! Auch das Frühstück war top!

Passabel

Telefonisch war das Personal gut zu erreichen und freundlich am ersten Abend. Wir konnten spät (21:50) noch anreisen, bekamen unser Zimmer und durften sogar erst am nächsten Tag ID kopieren. Das Spa war schön und gepflegt. Der Ski-Abstellraum ist auch gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war lecker besonders das Brot und die Eier. Ebenfalls ist das Abendessen sehr gut vom Koch zubereitet. Das Zimmer war sauber. In der Nähe ist eine Bushaltestelle Vischnanca und Vischnanca Sudem.

Eine angespannte Stimmung war bemerkbar als wir nach Abendessmöglichkeiten gefragt haben. Man solle am besten woanders hingehen. Haben dennoch einen Platz um 20:00 bekommen :). Danke! (Wohlwollender Tipp: den Gästen das eventuell gleich bei Anreise sagen, dass man vorher reservieren soll, wenn man essen woll.) Leider wurden wir das Gefühl nicht los, der Groll geblieben ist und die Freundlichkeit bei uns nicht gleich vorhanden war, wie bei anderen Gästen, weshalb wir uns nicht mehr wirklich willkommen fühlten. Abgesehen von dem, würden wir eigentlich gern wiederkommen. Potenzial zur Verbesserung ist durchaus vorhanden.

Schöne, willkommene Auszeit mit Hund. Immer wieder gerne..

Sehr freundliches Personal welches sich gerne auch mal mit den Gästen unterhalten hatte. Angenehme Atmosphäre , Hunde sind erlaubt und gar herzlich willkommen. Es wurde ein Schlafplatz sowie Näpfe bereitgestellt. :). Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen , sehr lecker. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und bemüht , für sofortigen Nachschub zu sorgen. Das Team ist sehr eingespielt und Arbeitet Hand in Hand.

Sehr schön renoviert, bequeme Beztten, mit Anbindung an ÖV, sehr netter Gastgeber und hervorragendes Frühstück

Die Tür zum Badezimmer/WC konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Es war extrem hellhörig, aber bei genügender Müdigkeit ok. Es hatte zwar Parkplätze, aber teilweise hintereinander, man musste erreichbar sein, damit man wegfahren konnte.

Schönes Zimmer - frischer Smoothie zum Frühstück

Wir waren nur zur kurzen Übernachtung und dem Frühstück im Hotel aber es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Das Frühstück war genial! In einem schönen, lichtdurchflutet Raum mit Aussicht und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Es wurde uns sogar ein frisches Smoothie gemacht.🤩 Vielen herzlichen Dank. Wenn wir wieder in der Region sind, werden wir sofort wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Sehr schönes, toll gelegenes Hotel.

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir durften sogar 6.15 Uhr anstatt 7.30 Uhr schon frühstücken, da wir sehr früh weiter mussten.
