Amazing location, in the grounds of the chateau. Lovely room overlooking the chateau, great beds, shower. Breakfast good too.
Customer services could be better. Our luggage was sent to the wrong room. Our room was not made up/cleaned until we asked. Also on arrival, the hotel staff know you are arriving by car as they have to allow access, so could easily Meet & Greet like other high end hotels do.

Excellent location to see the chateau
We stayed here 3 years again and it was then a lovely experience hence why we returned. It has lost its shine. It needs improving and maintenance and it's understaffed in the restaurant and generally messy, unkept and so sad to see. No doormen, grubby carpets, unswept outside areas and not a very warm welcome. Such a shame.
