Lovely staff, big and clean room, good location. They were also kind enough to let me check out at 2pm. Appreciated the turndown service

The amenities are not in the room (kettle, toothpaste, shaving kit etc). The concierge will bring them to you if you ask for something specific but for a 5 star hotel i don’t expect to ring for a kettle which in my view is quite basic. The tv is not a smart tv The swimming pool and gym i think are open to outside members as well so it’s not so exclusive. The rooftop bar is also closed as it’s winter (they clearly state this everywhere) but i think at this price tag part of it could be open year around with home heaters. Also if you are a smoker, you are supposed to smoke in front of the hotel. There’s no terrace open during the winter apparently.

Beautiful decoration and furnishings. A nice terrace at the lobby level.very good staff in general.

Little things like no drawers at the bedside furniture with a little useful space. Lack of double sinks in the bathroom.

Beautiful design hotel with a distinct character

Exquisite hotel - beautifully designed, buzzing and with a distinct character. The neighborhood (16th arrondissement) is very nice - quiet and residential yet chic, with most key attractions within a reasonable 15-20 min taxi ride. Great toiletries, minibar, room amenities. The Evok Conciergerie team is absolutely fantastic - extremely responsive and helped me arrange a smooth and enjoyable itinerary - did not have to worry about a single reservation as all the restaurants I wanted to visit had been booked well in advance per my request, and all requests to reschedule/rearrange were addressed in a prompt and friendly manner. Hotel staff were wonderful and helpful too!

The rooms are rather small (even the Superior category) - probably par for the course for Paris, so not really a downside - more of an aspect to be aware of (was pretty tricky to open up a large suitcase in the room…). Also was a bit difficult to figure out the various switches for the lighting in the room. Breakfast options in the hotel restaurant are nice, but can be quite pricey (especially when opting for à la carte) - would be nice to have breakfast included at this price point for the rooms.

The team of staff from front desk concierge to restaurant staff, very attentive and helpful. Brach Restaurant and rooftop bar, amazing from food, service, ambience superb! I for sure will highly recommend your hotel to our company and friends. Our host for the evening Luca, DJ Joe and the rest of the friendliest staff, thank you! You definitely made our 27th Wedding Anniversary such a memorable night of fun and great music! Thank you.
