Home away from Home.

The atmosphere, the staff, the coffee shop / bakery downstairs and obviously the view and location makes this place unbeatable. We actually changed our travelling plans in order to stay in this hotel. We have been here before and I think it’s safe to say we will becoming back again.

We sadly had to leave and go back due to my daughter’s school reopening after autumn break.

Perfect alpine resort!

Great location and perfect for a few days in beautiful Bormio. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts in room as standard is a real treat!

Was supposed to be an upgrade to a suite but practical it was a down grade. Room was in the basement, no day light, just watching the wall of another building.

Exceptional

The property is in a perfect position being a few minutes walk to the main centre but away from any noise. Sottovento is a different concept offering luxury suites fully fitted for self catering but with a fantastic choice of breakfast served by room service. The cafe downstairs serves exceptional food and is obviously very popular with locals who came to enjoy breakfast on the terrace and evening aperitivo’s The staff were extremely professional and went out of their way to help us with a problem.

Probably the best hotel we have stayed at in the entire region of Lumbardia. Excellent value.

The room is cozy, warm, modern and beautiful. Every detail is thought through. comfortable indoor parking spot. in-room breakfast is delicious. Amazing sauna facilities. Friendly and attentive staff. The location is within 11 minute walk from the ski lift. We loved walking through the beautiful town, however, if you don’t like to walk, the hotel offers you a convenient shuttle service.

Everything was perfect, great sized room and extra touches were very welcome for a one night stay. Warm room, comfortable bed, cooking facilities, and washing machine came in handy .

Fantastic location with great service, comfortable rooms with peace and quiet

Breakfast in room complimentary, fantastic view as well. Room was larger than expected with great amenities. Felt like I could have stayed there for a long time.

Pretty much nothing. Our short stay was very pleasant, they even made a restaurant recommendation and reservation last second which was our favorite meal of teh trip.

excellent facilities, super spa, parking on site, space and the super cafe. close to the town.

the cafe ( which is great) starts early so is a bit noisy, overall we didn’t find it as quiet and peaceful as we had hoped.
