Good room and breakfast, but closed facilities

Nice Room. Very good Breakfast.

Both pool and sauna was closed despite a booking confirmation that promised access! Pool was closed due to technical issues. At check-in we were told that the wellness/sauna would be available but when we later came back it was locked and we were told it was not available. WiFi was very weak in the room.

Large hotel walking distance to Bormio town

Staff were occasionally friendly, breakfast was good.

I’m not sure the 4 stars can be applied to the room. It was dated, very small bathrooms, old wood on the balcony with no privacy from neighbours. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room and complimentary water available (what would reasonably be expected for 4 stars).

Wedding venue so beware on Saturday nights. Not good for mobility problems.

Nice pool area, food was prepared and cooked well with reasonable choice. Prices similar to elsewhere, so not cheap! Useful supermarket just one block away. Good size of bar and restaurant. Breakfast had good choices. Lifts to rooms but not great for access, see negatives...

Fair size of hotel and although there are ramps up to the front, they do not cater much for mobility problems. Entrance to lifts is narrow and there are no toilets on the same floor as the bar/restaurant, you have to go down one floor in the lift and then up a short flight of steps. Room was hot and no air con but reception did put a fan in the room when asked. There was a wedding on and the reception was in one half of the restaurant. Noise, crowds, drunkeness and shouting at 3am didn't make for a very relaxing stay.

Exceptional and cozy place

Everything was amazing Finally a 4 star hotel with great amenities The staff was exceptional and very professional and helpful, rooms are cozy modern and cute with beautiful terrace. The spa and the pool also really good In the evening they also have soft live music which is very romantic Highly recommended, it remains my favorite place in Bormio

hotel room was very warm with no air con. Presumably this is because it is mostly aimed at the winter season and very well insulated. Staff were friendly enough although the vibe was quite formal.

nice stay and friendly Hotel staff with a minor issue with room air conditioning.

Friendly Staff, clean Hotel with good breakfast. With big underground garage and a bike storage room.

No air conditioning in the room. it was very hard to get some fresh air in the room as the windows couldnt be opened fully and as there was no air condition. We manged with the help of the hotel staf toipen the windows fully but only after 2 nights. A bit small room with a limited storage in the closets.

nice place to stay and relax and use as a base to go up stelvio cycling or by car.

nice large rooms, super clean. good fast wifi. nice pool and tennis court to play and relax, just 5 min walk from center which for me was better then the center as i could just easily park the car there

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, aways go out of the way to help, central to Bormio, good facilities for bike, electric charging for car, garage for the car, swim pool, splendid grounds, nice balcony, enjoyed the food.
