I could see the mountain where Ski Mo was happening. easy access to the garage for parking - albeit VERY tight.

Fantastic and brand new premises, everything extremely clean and state of the art facilities. The heated garage for motorbikes was brilliant. Great view and super easy self check in.

Best newly and well decorated rental property in Bormio.

We happily discovered this is a new property in Bormio. The room was perfectly decorated with quality furniture. Shower and bathroom were amazing. We had a beautiful outside garden were we could relax and take in the good view of Bormio mountains. We’ve been many times in Bormio but this was our best stay. Recommended 100%. Just 5 minute walk from the city center. Veronica is a great host!

Struttura nuovissima, vicina al centro di Bormio. Monolocale con angolo cucina arredato con gusto, accogliente e luminoso. Molto comodo il garage dal quale si accede ai piani superiori con ascensore. Staff attento e cordiale, consigliatissimo!

Das Zimmer war neu, gross, ruhig, sauber und sehr schön, einfach perfekt! Es hat auch eine schöne Terrasse und die Tiefgarage zum parkieren war auch top und sicher. Das Selfcheck-In war auch einfach und der Kontakt per WhatsApp mit dem Vermieter hat auch super funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt !!!

In realtà niente, salita per accesso ai box ripida, in caso di neve o ghiaccio bisogna stare attenti. Non só peró se hanno qualche sistema per sghiacciare. Probabile visto la figata di struttura.

Struttura nuova e confortevole

La struttura è nuovissima , la camera molto confortevole e arredata con stile. Il posto auto comodissimo e utilissimo. Lo staff ha risposto subito quando ne ho avuto bisogno, gentile, disponibile e attento.

Se devo proprio trovare una cosa che non mi è piaciuto, i cuscini. Troppo soffici per i miei gusti e quelli aggiuntivi riposti nell'armadio, sono più o meno identici. Se posso dare un consiglio, metterei nell'armadio dei cuscini diversi e un po' più duri in modo da poter scegliere. Altro consiglio, nonostante gli sforzi dello staff per indicare la strada migliore per raggiungere la struttura, non sono riuscito a seguire le indicazioni e mi sono infilato un quella stradina ripidissima e stretta. Non so, forse indicherei il N° di tornate sulla strada per lo Stelvio (arrivando a Milano) e dopo il N°38 (mi pare) girare a destra. Una volta presa Via Monte Braulio, è facile arrivare prendendo le vie a sinistra sinistra (Via San Francesco e poi Via del Santelone)

Bello e accogliente

Stanza molto ampia con una bella vetrata che si vedeva tutta Bormio poi la notte è venuta giu’ la neve ci siamo svegliati con tutto innevato meraviglioso. Bagno grande ben illuminato e bello , c’è la possibilità di mettere la macchina nell’autorimessa quindi non prendi né pioggia né freddo specialmente in questo periodo dell’anno , molto bello

Verblijf Bormio

Prachtig licht, ruim en nieuw gebouw, gemakkelijk bereikbaar per auto, Parkeren kan onder het gebouw in een eigen parkeergarage. Geweldig uitzicht op de bergen rondom vanuit de kamer. Bormio ligt aan het officiële einde/begin van de Stelvio-pas en het plaatsje ziet er leuk uit. Vanaf de kamer is het ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum, dat is wel behoorlijk steil omlaag en later natuurlijk even steil weer omhoog. De kamer heeft geen keukenfaciliteiten/kitchenette of iets dergelijks, dus eten doe je in Bormio. We zijn hier twee nachten geweest en we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

A 5 minuti dalle Terme. Self check -in in modo da arrangiarti come vuoi con l’orario. Garage privato, molto comodo, soprattutto sicuro se si hanno macchine importanti. All’interno della camera c’è tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, tanti comfort, a partire dal bagno fino alla cucina e alla camera da letto.. Vista mozzafiato sulla montagna. Patio provvisto di tavolino, sedie e sdraio con vista sulla montagna. La proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile. A causa di un imprevisto (altri clienti hanno prolungato il loro soggiorno) ci è stata data la camera più grande allo stesso prezzo e ci ha fatto molto piacere. Ogni volta che passeremo da Bormio contiamo di tornarci sicuramente!

modernst ausgestattetes Zimmer, sehr einfacher self-Checkin mittels hinterlegter Zugangskarte, Top Tiefgarage, gefehlt hat absolut gar nichts, wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen, zumal auch das Zentrum von Bormio fußläufig gut erreichbar war, inbesondere die Sauberkeit vom Zimmer und Bad ist zu erwähnen !

Aria fresca e relax a Bormio

Staff molto gentile nonostante il check-in automatico con codice d’accesso e autonomo. Molto confortante e vista stupenda. Zona tranquilla e struttura molto pulita con anche prodotti per coccolare gli ospiti.

La rampa di accesso al garage è un po’ scomoda per chi come me non è molto pratica. Per arrivare in centro che è veramente vicino ci sono salite ripide quindi può essere scomodo. A noi non serviva ma peccato non ci fosse un piano cottura.

Più ombre che luci

Camera ampia e comoda, bagno pulito, doccia spaziosa. Avuta la camera in anticipo alle ore 13 rispetto all'orario di ingresso (alle 16!!) poiché già pulita.

Posizione assolutamente scomoda, alla periferia di Bormio, alla sommità di una ripida salita. Impossibile farla a piedi con passeggino o carrozzine e per anziani. Purtroppo non è segnalato e non lo si evince neanche da Google Maps. Ci sono solo 5 stanze da lasciare libere alle 10 e si possono occupare dalle 16. 6 ore per pulire 5 camere è assolutamente eccessivo. Nessuna presenza di personale in reception perché si fa tutto da remoto, anche questo non adeguatamente segnalato. Si comunica solo con insistenti messaggi di whatsapp o email che, per quanto gentili, rendono tutto molto freddo e impersonale. Se questo è il futuro dell'accoglienza, non ci siamo sentiti accolti.
