Great location, carloxked away in underground garage,the room was beautiful, lovely views.The breakfast was fantastic.So much to choose from.The lady on reception,was so helpful aswell.Absolutely brilliant.Spotless.

The staff , especially Nicolo and Palmi at breakfast were great .The breakfast was good and so is the location. The rooms were good too. The area around the place has a lovely church and the Olympic games were held just a few minutes away from the hotel .Views are spectacular and the walk along the small rivulet is worth it
Parking charges could be reduced or waived- considering the room rates are high enough as well as there is additional city tax too.

Doors made a bang every time opened or shut, not helped by selfish guests.
Room was too hot, no way to turn down heating.
Surly front desk staff.
