The location in the main part of town is fantastic central to everything.
Breakfast is so lovely and generous. The blueberry pancakes are fabulous.
The spa room is a nice touch and included in the price. You need to book in at reception.
The cafe / bar across the road that is linked to the hotel is fantastic friendly and great aperitivo.
Parking is always a hassle for travellers staying in the centre of town however great directions to the parking station were provided.
The first morning of our stay it was bin day and was very noisy however only a small inconvenience.
The emotional shower was intriguing to me and I was disappointed the shower head needed some maintenance and it appeared it was falling apart from the roof and I was worried it would fall on me.
I would be looking to book a room on the opposite side that we were allocated. Our window faced the cafe / bar across the road. And a small room also.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of the mountainside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, offering expert guidance on local attractions, whether it's about spas or mountain hikes. A truly delicious breakfast is served from a kitchen menu.
It's very hard to improve on this.

Everything was perfect - accommodation, location, facilities, attentive and helpful hosts, breakfast was a feast, the welcome gestures, awesome bakery, convenient parking, relax area - all combined made our stay a delight! Many thanks!
