Fantastic - will definitely return

The location in the main part of town is fantastic central to everything. Breakfast is so lovely and generous. The blueberry pancakes are fabulous. The spa room is a nice touch and included in the price. You need to book in at reception. The cafe / bar across the road that is linked to the hotel is fantastic friendly and great aperitivo.

Parking is always a hassle for travellers staying in the centre of town however great directions to the parking station were provided. The first morning of our stay it was bin day and was very noisy however only a small inconvenience. The emotional shower was intriguing to me and I was disappointed the shower head needed some maintenance and it appeared it was falling apart from the roof and I was worried it would fall on me. I would be looking to book a room on the opposite side that we were allocated. Our window faced the cafe / bar across the road. And a small room also.

My wife and I had a wonderful anniversary trip at this cozy hotel — highly recommended!

The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of the mountainside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, offering expert guidance on local attractions, whether it's about spas or mountain hikes. A truly delicious breakfast is served from a kitchen menu.

It's very hard to improve on this.

The breakfast at San Vitale is one of their main features. They have their own bakery that is directly next to the dining/cafe area. We bought cakes and bread to take home with us after our weekend stay because everything was so delicious. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

Long story short.. 3star hotel with 5star service and breakfast. Fresh juice, super fresh items from their own famous bakery… We love this place. Room was clean and all in the room is on high level of quality and comfort. We also reveived welcome bottle of wine. I the fridge there was everyday new free coke … I will come back soon :)

Excellent Stay at Bormio (Superb)

What i like: 1. The staff is Super friendly and super helpful, when we arrived on our motorcycle with rain and cold conditions, they quickly helped me to park our motorcycle also helped us with our luggage (Sabrina, she is our angel). Also she lent us Water Boiler, so we can make Instant Noodle ( Because we arrived so late, there was no restaurant available) 2. They Have Basement Garage (Near Hotel), i can park motorcycle safely. 3. The room is outstanding, beyond my expectation. Spacious room, excellent furnish, comfy bed, hot water is so excellent, coffee maker included, perfect room for us 4. Great Location, central area of Bormio, Near shopping area and restaurant 5. Breakfast is soo good 6. Everything is so perfect

Amazing hotel, recommended

The whole hotel is super cute and extremely well furnished, the staff was very nice and welcoming. Our JR Suite was spacious and stylish: the mini fridge was stocked with complimentary water (both still and sparkling) and Coca-Cola in glass bottles, on top there was also a Lavazza coffee maker with capsules, freshly baked cookies in a lovely “gift” box, a bottle of red wine with two wine glasses and bruschettas! The included breakfast was awesome, the buffet was full of freshly backed goods (sweet and savory) from their own next door bakery and plenty of plates from the kitchen (the pancakes were delicious!).

Lovely place

The hotel is so nice renovated. The staff is very friendly, they heat special for us the sauna. The breakfast is very good with fresh bread from their own bakery. We traveled out of season so it was very quiet in the hotel end the town.

Wonderful hotel - exceptional service. Big room, modern decor, lovely breakfast, parking close by. I highly recommend it.

The only downside was the unstable wifi.
