Lovely alpine atmosphere and friendly staff

Love the alpine atmosphere and style of the accomodation. Very well located in a silent street. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Over the bed there was a peace of wood where we both hit our head many times. I would remove it, it is not comfortable.

Personell and location where just perfect

Nice personnel, great breakfast. Close to nice little squares and restaurant. Clean and above standard rooms. The beds where lovely to wake up from. Would like to visit again. Great area for cycling, skiing etc.

Pleasant stay with friendly staff

Has a storage room for ski or bycicles. Room had enough space for luggage/clothing. Old town in just few hundred meter's walk.

Disappointed about the breakfast, especially as we stayed at another hotel in town a couple of years before and the breakfast there was doubly awesome. I guess the food selection and quality was reduced due to fewer guests during Corona? But I doubt they serve real Italian coffee ever as they have some instant coffee maker machine for self-service.

Very poor

The hotel dog was aggressive to ours, a much smaller dog, and we were very lucky that he was not injured. As a result our dog was scared during the whole stay, and despite the great position of the hotel, the spacious room and modern bathroom, this episode really ruined our stay.

Avrei voluto trovare il kit nel bagno come ad esempio la cuffia per la doccia e la crema corpo. Oppure una bottiglia d’acqua. Mi è dispiaciuto anche non trovare il bollitore per farmi una tisana prima di andare a letto.

Albergo in posizione strategica a due passi dal centro e dalle terme, camere spaziose, pulito e con colazione abbondante. Da ritornarci.

Se devo ammettere una piccola pecca, la mancanza di frutta fresca già pronta alla colazione, per il resto tutto ottimo.

Wszystko na plus – polecam z całego serca!

Bardzo polecam to miejsce. Apartament wygodny, wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu. Wygodne łóżka i wszędzie bardzo czysto, co bardzo cenimy. Fajnym dodatkiem była możliwość skorzystania z sauny. Sympatyczni i przyjaźni właściciele jak i cała obsługa!
