The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. They were the best part of the stay. Also, their hotel service for cyclists is first rate.

Friendly staff willing to go above and beyond (ask for a water boiler if you would like to make your own coffee in the room before the 7:30 breakfast time). Nice bike room, tools and wash station. Breakfast was quite good Bulk laundry at 5 Euro per bag for cycling clothes is a good deal. Easy walk to old town over the suspension bridge.

Somewhat small rooms and dated bathrooms. 12Euro cycling package not worth it.

Perfect place to go for a cycling vacation,

Staff was very friendly and offered advice on places to bike, meals, and things to see. Hotel owners / managers involved and checked in with guests daily. Very nice down to earth people at a level of the hotel staff. Had bike room and shop as well super plus. When bike had an issue and could fix their owner / manager gave ride to a local shop they worked with and picked up the bike. Staff would do anything for any guess to ensure a perfect vacation.

Where to stay in Bormio!

Perfect position just in front of the Stelvio ski slope. We have been accommodated so well by the staff, friendly, polite and really nice. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, the hotel offers a lot of facilities too explained in the description of the structure. The restaurant was very good, we had a great dinner and breakfast. I would come back here for a pleasant stay in Bormio for sure. Very well done! Grazie mille from Mandello del Lario :)

Perfect for a cycling trip, this hotel has everything you would ever need.

Booked this hotel for a cycling holiday for 8 people. This hotel has everything a cyclist would need including safe bike storage, workshop area and laundry facilities. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of to choice to fuel us for our day in the saddle.

Could not find a fault. It was perfect and would definitely return.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. For a startyou are not just a customer, you are a valued cycling friend and part of a community of cyclists. The owners cycle and all the staff have an amazing affinity with cyclists. If you are a cyclist, dont heitate - book here! The food is amazing. The chef is fantastic and creates artistic culinary creations that are as good looking as they taste. The staff bent over backwards for me organising massages, a cycling guide, route and other local information and i felt like a family member not a paying customer. 100% recommend!
