Well presented, modern and clean.

Lack of temperature control in the room. It was a particularly hot day and I understand AC is not really used that much in Europe but a small fan would have helped considerably.

I can't remember her name exactly. Elise maybe? So kind and helpful. Great English. The whole staff communicated in English very well. Restaurant in hotel was nice, breakfast wonderful, bike/ski room handy.

Loved the deco, super cool!! Room was nice and clean, though it felt smaller than on the picture.

Very surprising that there was no hand sanitizer anywhere. We booked the restaurant at the reception when we arrived but when we went to eat they did not have a table for us. We saw later the restaurant was not full.

Non pienamente soddisfatta

La struttura era modesta: carina e minimale. La stanza essenziale e pulita.

Non soddisfacente la colazione, poca scelta e non di qualità. I dolci proposti erano pochi e poco saporiti per di più non soffici. Altra nota dolente l’eccessiva confusione durante la sera, si udivano schiamazzi e urla di bambini che correvano per i corridoi.

Ottima struttura a pochi passi dal centro di Bormio

Stanza molto ordinata, pulita, comoda e accogliente. Bagno spazioso con doccia molto grande. Ristorante con ottimo servizio e cucina abbondante e gustosa. Colazione con tanta scelta e qualità. Comoda sala relax. Piacevole poter effettuare anche massaggi e trattamenti benessere in loco.

Nel bagno, molto grande, finestrato, attrezzato per disabili, tutto comodo e ampio, ho riscontrato solo una piccola pecca : non c'è bidet.

Ottimo soggiorno a Bormio.

Posizione ottima della struttura, lungo l'arteria principale che porta al centro di Bormio, ma nonostante questo molto insonorizzata. Ampio parcheggio esterno, ma privato solo per gli ospiti. Struttura tenuta bene e arredata in ogni dettaglio (cui ci siamo complimentati). Nonostante in due, ci è stata assegnata una camera per 4 ospiti. Pulizia buona, giornaliera. Ottima vista dalla camera, dotata di due ampi infissi a giorno, con vista sulla montagna di Bormio 2000-3000.

Nonostante la camera grande, il bagno era nettamente piccolo, senza bidet. La colazione molto ridotta nella scelta, non buonissime le crostate/torte proposte nei tre giorni (probabilmente perchè al centro di Bormio vi è un panificio eccezionale che produce torte e crostate deliziose, difficili da battere). La camera, che era una quadrupla, nonostante eravamo in due, era dotata di due vani, collegati da un passaggio (senza porta), solo che la TV era predisposta nel vano dei due letti singoli e non nel vano ove era presente il letto matrimoniale. Per il resto tutto ok.

Inizio con fare i complimenti alla struttura, al mio arrivo mi è stata assegnata una camera per quattro persone e noi eravamo in due è stata una una sorpresa veramente apprezzata ed un soggiorno veramente comodo. Grazie!!! La colazione è varia è con prodotti molto buoni, personale molto cordiale. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole andare a trascorrere delle ore sul passo dello Stelvio come me, praticamente basta uscire dal parcheggio dell'albergo girare a sinistra ed andare sempre dritto!!! Fino al ghiacciaio :) circa 30 minuti. Riguardo al ristorante non posso dire nulla, abbiamo cenato fuori, dato che essendo a pochi passi dal centro abbiamo preferito scoprire Bormio che è davvero un bel paesino di montagna. Personalmente consiglio questa struttura a tutti!!

Nettes Hotel mit - leider - sehr unbequemen Betten.

Eingangsbereich und Restaurant sind gefällig eingerichtet. Der Empfang war freundlich und speditiv. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Das Nachtessen war ebenfalls lecker.

Unser Zimmer war eindeutig kleiner als in der Beschreibung angegeben. Vor allem aber waren die Betten sehr unbequem mit harten Matratzen. Unbedingt wechseln! Wir haben leider nicht gut geschlafen darauf. Beim Auschecken war die Reception nicht besetzt, dem/der wir unsere Anliegen hätten vortragen können.
