Abbiamo scelto questa struttura affidandoci al punteggio e devo dire che si è rilevata pienamente all'altezza delle aspettative. In nostro appartamento, come penso anche gli altri, era semplicemente perfetto: pulizia impeccabile, tutto in ordine e grande attenzione ai dettagli. Si nota chiaramente la cura e la passione dei proprietari che riescono a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. All'arrivo trovare frigorifero con acqua fresca e cestino per colazione è un tocco di cura per non dimenticare i cornetti caldi la mattina ) Un'esperienza davvero positiva, che conigliamo sicuramente.

Nulla, ma se proprio con difficoltà devo trovare un difetto, è un pò rumorosa la strada sottostante, ma d'altra parte se si vuole stare in centro è un prezzo che bisogna pagare e il residence non ne ha colpa.

Exceptionnel, les propriétaires sont très soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes. Tout est parfait, l'accueil, le logement, le parking, l'emplacement. Une surprise agréable vous sera faite le matin pour le petit déjeuner. Idéalement placé au centre de bormio, tout en étant très calme, avec un jardin formidable pour se poser en fin de journée avec l'agréable bruit de la fontaine.

The location is quite good, close to the town center. The building is fairly new, the apartment is in good condition, and it has all the necessary appliances.

The staff do not speak English. They seem to understand some basic English and can reply using simple words, but this makes resolving any questions or problems extremely difficult. And there were problems: bicycles are not allowed in the rooms, so you have to leave them in a shared storage room at your own risk. I was also charged more than the amount shown on Booking.com. The money was eventually refunded, but resolving the issue took unnecessary time and effort. Overall, the staff can be quite short-tempered and rude in their communication. If you are arriving by car, keep in mind that the parking is underground and the car has to be taken down by an elevator. Allow around 10 minutes each time you enter or leave, assuming there is no queue. It is also quite noisy, even with the windows closed. You can clearly hear traffic and even cyclists passing on the street below.
