Great place to stay and especially for motorbikes/bikers

Secure underground motorbike parking, good food, quality hotel and great rooms. Love that you can unpack the bike and literally jump in a lift to your room's floor. Staff are friendly and the food is fantastic and great choice. This is not a cheap hotel, and you get what you pay for :) and the wellness centre is a welcome addition.

The breakfast was very nice and rooms extremely comfortable. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed sitting outside the bar area on the veranda.

Nothing of note, possibly the restaurant could have opened a bit later, but it was off-season.

Nice staff, always helpful, perfect and delicious breakfast.

The hotel is a little bit “tired” and requires some renewal. The shower can door did not close properly, but was fixed as soon as we have reported it.

A great place to stay if cycling or visiting Bormio in, very helpful staff , the hotel is a very short walk into Bormio

Great parking for van and secure storage for bikes. Fantastic breakfast and the room was very comfortable with a lovely balcony view. Sauna and steam room was excellent after a long riding day

Amazing breakfast, spacious comfortable room, polite staff. I had a massage; Ciara, the masseuse did an excellent job. The hotel is a short walk to the town centre and very convenient to the ski lift as well. We loved everything. Thank you to all the staff.

Very enjoyable 3 night stay with lots of walks nearby.

There was a plentiful varied breakfast which included fresh orange juice. The hotel has a nice setting and the busy nearby road did not spoil our stay. There was plenty of parking and a nearby Spar shop as well as a variety of restaurants for evening meals

We were disappointed that the hotel restaurant did not open in the evening.

We were able to put our motorcycles in their garage for no extra fee, it was a very short walk into the pedestrian area for our evening meal, the view of mountains from our balcony and the buffet breakfast was spot on.

The hotel has an excellent location. All the staff are really friendly, everyone was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was really good, the was plenty to choose from, I loved the juice and fruit selections. There is a secure garage with a specific bike room and bike wash area which is excellent for cyclists. I loved the spa / wellness area too. the jacuzzi was really good after cycling all day. Towels, robes and slippers were a really nice touch. My room was very pleasant, clean and quiet. The view from my balcony was stunning. There is a ski equipment room too, a large lounge, card room and a lovely garden to relax in .

On the phone in the room there are no “dial 9 for reception!” How are you supposed to know! No price list on the fridge / I thought the water was complementary!

Breakfast catered for all possible tastes, almost too much to choose from if that’s possible! Evening menu was excellent and dishes presented beautifully.

We came for cycling. Excellent views , clean area and organised.

Very impressed with the breakfast quality . Fresh oranges, natural honey... simple but genuine. I like the location. It was quite but close to restaurants .

Great hotel with friendly customer service.

Welcoming and helpful staff, spacious rooms - comfortable, warm and clean. Loads of hot water. Breakfast was plentiful with something to suit everyone’s taste. Free shuttle service to the ski lift. Would stay here again.

Exceptional

The staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t be any more helpful. The rooms were huge! We had the biggest balcony in the world. breakfast was incredible and there were so many amazing foods to choose from. The shuttle bus to the ski lifts was brilliant and always available. The food in the restaurant was super too - although the baby octopus was a surprise for us on the mixed fish dish! All in all an excellent hotel that we would definitely return too. Special thanks to Vidor and the lovely gentleman who drew the Ducks on the girl’s hands in a morning. Thank you all for an excellent stay. The Mousley family.
