Very old hotel. The room looked like a private old bedroom transformed into an hotel room. Very stale forniture in the hotel and mould smell in the facilities. This hotel definitely needs a renovation. It should be a 2 star hotel.

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Soprattutto la Signora che ci ha accolto al check in! Risolto problema camera in 10 minuti.

Tutto il resto! Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente spropositato. Nessun confort in camera, neanche un banale sapone per le mani. Moquette visibilmente sporca, cassetto comodino del letto rotto, ascensore da incubo e colazione alquanto scarsa e scadente (abbiamo visto le stesse torte secche per 5 mattine consecutive😅, cornetti finiti alle 09:00). Non consiglio, neanche perché ultimo hotel disponibile.

L'unica cosa buona è la posizione centrale e che è sufficientemente pulito... il resto zero

Prezzo veramente altissimo rispetto al servizio. La camera al nostro arrivo era gelida, dopo aver acceso i termosifoni tutto il pomeriggio è migliorata ma comunque per il freddo che fa a Bormio non era il massimo della temperatura... interni vecchissimi e molto brutti, visibilmente tutto molto usurato. Il receptionist disponibile ma un po' maleducato, si è rivolto sempre e solo a me come se fossi l'unico ospite, come se la mia ragazza fosse invisibile. Inoltre un hotel in pieno centro di Bormio SENZA PARCHEGGI (6 posti ricavati davanti alla struttura, quando l'albergo ha 4 piani di stanze...), è davvero un gran disservizio. Inoltre i muri sembrano di carta... si sente tutto quello che accade nelle altre stanze, passi, discorsi, schiamazzi e il resto si immagina... inoltre ci ritroviamo con una camera con letti separati quando avevamo espressamente chiesto un matrimoniale... nonostante la richiesta ci è stato detto che comunque non si poteva cambiare... non torneremo.
