Overlooks a petrol station - rude staff - dreadful location - couldn’t recommend less

Very little - the rooms were clean - but considering a “four star hotel” that seems like a given.

The rooms are in terrible condition, we were originally put in to a room with a tiny window - it was essentially a bunker. Staff were consistently rude and unhelpful and the location of the hotel is not near any ski lift as described - the nearest ski lift is 15mins walk into the town. The hotel overlooks a petrol station which operates all night.

Top stop before aborted Stelvio pass attempt

Parking in front of the hotel. Receptionist even friendlier than most, i,e, making us feel right at home. She also had good command of english. Lift. WiFi. Room on the top floor, wood panels everywhere a very warm feel. Bathroom modern and towels soft. Complimentary water in the room, one bottle and two carton packs. Usually one has to pay for those, well done ! A bar downstairs had a great selection of grappas, of which I managed to taste one. Should've stayed longer ! Room also had a coffe machine.

Having to leave the next day, without taking the full advantage of the hotel facilities !

Wonderful stay, great views, very nice spa

Great beds and pillows in different hardness levels, it was possible to visit the spa after check-out between 10:30 and 15:00 hours, there is a wonderful wood-fired outside sauna with panoramic views and a nice indoor pool. The included breakfast was plentiful, even thought there were not very many vegan options.

Great Place to stay in Bormio!

Great location. Walking distance to the main street in Bormio. Great Breakfast. Very clean. Rooms were spacious. Wood burning finish sauna.

Parking was tight at times though they always were able to get us a spot. Couldn't use a credit card to hold the reservation. The gym could have been opened longer. It closes at 3P.M. Jacuzzi hours were limited too.

A nice hotel, if a bit impersonal. Didn’t like the evening menu, so tried elsewhere. I think Bormio must have been forgotten when decent restaurants were allocated.

We would love to stay again. Had a great time all round,

A good variety of breakfast. all freshly prepared, Lovely coffee, Excellent service, A nice room and comfortable bed, warm and clean. Proper shower, room was cleaned everyday . A great view of the mountains from the balcony an ideal place to read a book or just relax. Town centre just 5 mins, an easy walk.

Warm and confortable

Our room was extremely warm and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to Bormio center but out of the traffic.

The elevator doea not reach the 4th floor.

Recommended to other tourists

Very clean hotel. Excellent food and very educated and cordial staff with a very good level of English. Less than 5 minutes walk to the central bus station and about ten minutes walk to the town centre

One small suggestion: due to the hotel's popularity, another bigger elevator would be very useful.
