The location was perfect for our visit for the Winter Olympics: we liked that it was located up the hill a bit (away from the crowded old town), and directly across from the Thermal baths which we visited. The dinner was a bit heavy and we were one of only two tables occupied but it was fine for our purposes. The room was large and had two separate parts plus a balcony which was perfect as one of us needed to attend a Zoom class late in the evening and this allowed for the other to sleep.
Dinner was a tad heavy and we wondered why there were so few folks present. The room was a bit cold during the night~perhaps we didn’t spend the time to figure out the heating system.

The welcome and help from the staff was very good. We felt like "guests" rather than visitors passing through.
The sloping ceilings in the room made using the whole floorspace was an issue. However, we were single travellers in our own rooms so there was plenty of space for us.

Great for a group of 14 cyclists with secure storage and a decent bar. Ideal for all the big climbs and only a short stroll to the many bars and restaurants in Bormio
Triple room actually means bunk beds which are too short for an adult to sleep in, had to sleep with my legs out past the ladder
