lovely place to stay, lovely family run property, very friendly and ideal location for the mountain and access to town

Location was the only thing I liked.

Each evening after I came back around 11pm, the proprietor would hound me for 2.40 euro for taxes. I had prepaid 140 euro but the 2.40 euro bothered him so much...I guess he feared I would leave without paying. I don't know why he didn't ask for it at check in or, like most hotels, at check out. I told him I would pay at check out but he was insistent. 2.40 euro. And he demanded cash and wouldn't peovide a receipt or proof of payment. Overall rude and unnecessary.Plenty of other places to stay in Bormio.

The room was very different than what advertised on the website, outdated, small (we supposedly got a “family suite”) and badly sound-insulated with nearby rooms. Service during breakfast was extremely slow. There are no reserved parking spots for the hotel and, especially at night, you can only find parking spots far from the hotel.

Very cheap, but I do not recommend unless you are short for money and have no other choice.

Breakfast was ok (quite basic), the Hotel is very close to skiing resort - you can walk in ski equipment. The price was very competitive.

The hotel doesn't have any parking spaces for the visitor. So you are on your own - best luck finding a place to park. The hotel looks like a museum from 70's - very small rooms, equipment at least 30 years old. Rooms are very small, bed wasn't too cozy and I was cold on the first night. Walls are very thin and I could hear what is happening in rooms nearby. The owner is not very friendly -which was quite weird. Fortunately the rest of the staff is pleasant.

struttura da fuori vecchia ma con camere moderne e pulite, ottimo il bagno. gentilissima la signora anziana.

abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte in questo hotel (2 ragazzi di 25 anni) appena entrato il proprietario ci prende solo i documenti senza chiedere altro. durante la serata,uscendo, chiede i 4€ della tassa di soggiorno che noi non avevamo in contanti al momento. tornati in struttura alla 01:30 di notte ci richiede i 4€, noi volevamo pagare con la carta ma non potevamo e la mattina dopo (non venivamo presi sul serio essendo giovani) insinuava che nessuno si è mai lamentato per questi 4€ che neanche noi ci saremmo lamentati se ce li chiedeva appena avevamo faccio il check in COME È GIUSTO CHE SIA. rispondendoci in modo maleducato ci ha fatto pagare con la carta.

Prima ontbijt, goede bedden beetje kort maar prima kwaliteit. Prettig lief oud stel wat de zaken beheerd . Parkeerplaats voor de auto aan de achterkant van het pand . Kortom ik ga er zo weer naar toe .

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut ausgestattet nach meinem Geschmack und mit Liebe versorgt und zubereitet. Die Dame des Hauses ausgesprochen freundlich.

Der Empfang nachts war etwas rauh, mit der Frage warum man jetzt erst kommt, wenn man total durchnässt und zitternd vor Kälte vor Ihm steht. 23.40 Uhr angekommen und Checkin laut Booking bis 0 Uhr, deswegen fiel die Wahl meinerseits auch auf das Hotel.

Sembra proprio di entrare in un piccolo mondo degli anni passati ma forse proprio questo lo rende speciale e accogliente, gestori gentilissimi , struttura pulitissima , ad un passo dal centro ma in zona tranquilla e panoramica.
