Love this hotel it made our weekend in Paris so memorable.

Classic french decor. Lovely outdoor space. Clean room with spacious bathrooms. Excellent location near French market (Fri/ Sun) and metro directly into some great restaurants and shopping. A treat perfect for romantic weekend in Paris.

A lovely stay in a comfortable hotel well located for the Galleries and Arc de Triomphe

Comfortable rooms, with a beautiful garden restaurant and bar.

It would help if, in the rooms, and in the bar, English Breakfast tea was available. Not everyone drinks coffee or herbal teas.

Lovely garden but disappointing room, food, and particularly poor service.

The hotel has a beautiful garden and it is close to the large Paris conference centre, which is why we booked it for our conference. It is beautifully decorated and has a stylish Parisian feel.

My room was tiny and right next to a noisy lift. I asked if I could move and they said no. I am coeliac and so I have to eat a very strict gluten free diet. I knew Paris would be challenging to eat, and so I emailed the hotel to ask if they could provide a gluten free breakfast. They said they could and so I booked a room with breakfast. When I arrived, the staff had no idea what gluten free was. The breakfast selection was very poor- tinned fruit, barely cooked eggs, a tiny breakfast room that was very difficult to move around, haphazard and chaotic service, poorly set tables. Very, very disappointing. Staff were inattentive and harried. They also stood around smoking out the front of the hotel. The hotel looks so beautiful. The people let it down.

Nothing really, we booked it because needed to be near Louis Vuitton institute but that makes it hard to get into the centre of Paris and transport links not great.

Fabulous!

Visiting the David Hockney exhibition, we booked this charming small hotel because it was close by. This was an excellent decision - the hotel surpassed our expectations. A lovely modern, air-conditioned room and en-suite with overlooking the gorgeous garden, we were extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was simple but delicious. A quiet and peaceful Parisian hotel, easily accessible from Gare du Nord.

It was a rather long walk from the nearest Metro station and not that much to see locally (apart from the Louis Vuitton Foundation) but only a quick taxi ride to central attractions.

A comfortable stay in a very pleasant location

Quiet location but close to Metro, RER and bus stops. Neuilly is an upscale residential neighbourhood with many excellent local shops, restaurants and cafes. Close to Bois de Boulogne attractions. An elegant building, nicely appointed. Beautiful shady inner courtyard garden for meals and drinks. Comfortable lounge, also used for breakfast. Good food in the restaurant. Excellent air conditioning which we tested in a heatwave. Cheerful staff

Room (114) was small, like most Paris hotels. Breakfast is expensive at €20 pp. Drinks also expensive, €18 for a cocktail.

Wonderful hotel, quiet, comfortable and great location.

It’s a lovely, boutique hotel with lovely decor. It’s very well situated, close to a park, shops and walking distance to L’arc de Triomphe. It’s also very quiet there. We choose private terrace duplex and it’s lovely and beds are very comfortable. It’s perfect for a family with kids.

Great location , nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted.

Air conditioning was excellent, cool and quiet. Lovely guy on reception called Quentin who was 5* brilliant in every way.

The lack of knowledge of one member of the restaurant staff - he didn’t really have much of a clue about anything - he was very sweet but a bit useless.

Splendid terrace and cosy rooms

Amazing terrace! We just loved to hang out there for lunch and drinks every day! The menu was very much summer-appropriate. Delicious pastry at breakfast. We liked the room with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom; all the necessities are provided.

The hotel is seriously understaffed; the team is working hard but it's obvious that it's just not enough people. Breakfast is quite a disaster - even to get a cup of coffee becomes a challenge + there's no variety. The bar closes very early and if you feel like a glass of champagne after 23.00 - forget about it. To avoid this - mini bars in the rooms could be stocked better. The bar/breakfast area felt quite cluttered and untidy.

Staff was not very friendly, reception is not professional desk. Airco was broken in the room, and there is too much (sun)light in the room in the morning, because the curtens do not close well enough. Didnt had much sleep because of that and the airconditioning.

Exceed expectations!

Very chic hotel. Nice garden. Good location near metro station but also near forest. Well trained staff. Perfect for a weekend in Paris. Rooms are big enough according to Paris standard :-). One of the most pleasant experience I had in Paris, city that I visited over 20 times in the last years.

Not four star facilities

Perfect location for sightseeing

Poor breakfast very few options had to ask for milk and eggs. Room small for two people wardrobe big enough for a broom not clothes. Limited options on TV no streaming service. We paid a lot of money for our room and did not get our money worth. Do you home work before you book this hotel.

Nice place, convenient, poor systems and staff confused

Breakfast was excellent, location is handy for the centre, WiFi was outstanding.

Checkin was a nightmare. The previous customer's room reservation had not been held, and she had to look somewhere else, in the evening. We were charged for a superior room but allocated an ordinary one. It took ages to work through this with the reception staff. Fortunately we hadn't actually paid because the card machine wasn't working. The next morning, none of this had been passed on to the day shift and so they had to go back through the records again to see if we were telling the truth. BUT someone somewhere deducted EU100 from our bill. So the response was positive but chaotic. Marche de Sablons (June 2023) is still a mad building site which impedes movement but will be nice when finished.

Lovely room and brilliant staff.

Great location, just 30 mins from centre of town. Room was very spacious and modern with all the mod-cons including a coffee machine. Attention to detail was great within the room too and was super spotless. Staff were lovely too!

Not loads happening just around the hotel, however quick walk to the central vibes which was appreciated.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Neuilly perfect for a getaway close to all Paris has to offer

I stayed regularly at this hotel pre Covid and their renovation. Hotel now looks amazing with a much improved outside seating and inside dining area and all the rooms have been completely updated.

Was a small room. Everywhere is road works-was not great 3 yrs ago- now roadworks everywhere!

Good hotel for short stay in Paris with comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The bed in the room was super comfy and although the TV didnt have any streaming services, it offered a google Chromecast device, to which you can stream to. The rooms were super clean, everything worked and was new.

We were told there is no bar, even though there is a sign that points to the bar and a fully stacked bar with drinks. Not a big problem but misleading, specially when you want to have a drink in the evening. The hotel is about 1km from the arc de triomphe and there is a huge construction site in between.

Wonderful boutique hotel in great location

Excellent location in quiet but well connected Neuilly. Charming boutique hotel with lovely peaceful room. Staff were wonderful including being very helpful with advice on my return journey in the light of the fact that Paris was experiencing some disruption at the time. Would recommend and be happy to return.
