It was a comfortable and convenient stay, thank you.

Breakfast was good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was ideal for our stay as our friends lived nearby and it was so close to the Mairie where we went to a wedding. Close to Metro stop. Great cafe opposite across the big road.

Struggled to find it when we arrived the first evening as the lighting outside is so dim.

Adequate for one night, but not welcoming and depressing ambience.

Clean and in a nice district

Lighting and decor was depressing. Hardly enough light in our room for reading and the lobby was the same. Original receptionist was officious rather than warm and welcoming. Found later that we could have found much better room rate for the hotel elsewhere, rather than on Booking.com. Not value for money , even in 16th Arrondissement.

The location was really great, but the toilet and bathroom were really unbearable.

Our room was on the second floor. The hotel did not have an elevator and there were many spiral stairs. We had problems both during check-in and check-out. The toilet was very small, to the point that sometimes it was not possible to close the door. The bathroom did not have a door and was separated by a curtain. We really had problems with the bathroom and toilet.

Good comfortable stay

The staff was very helpful, clear with instructions and available at all times. The room was big enough and bed was comfortable.

The price could have been more on the lower end as there is no lift or any other services here.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Close to metro, good room (especially aircon) and lovely staff

The room was great. Very quiet despite being on ground floor overlooking the street, soundproofing throughout hotel excellent. Aircon absolutely superb - very effective and almost silent (very necessary as Paris was in middle of a heatwave). Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good - fruit salad freshly prepared and great croissants. Charming staff - friendly and helpful.

The only comment I would make is that breakfast is slightly let down by limp packet cheese.

Star accommodation and staff that we will use again when we return to Paris.

We were warmly met by our hosts on arrival. Our room on the 1st floor was above our expectations, being very well decorated with modern fittings and comfortable. The continental breakfast was exceptional with freshly pressed orange juice and croissants the best we have had in France. All through our short 2 days stay, the staff were always very pleasant, helpful and ready to assist where needed.

disappointing experience-all price-no charm

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel didn’t live up to expectations. While it’s marketed as a boutique property, I found the service impersonal and profit-driven, with little warmth or attention to genuine hospitality. It felt more like a business built for tourists than a thoughtfully curated space. The location was underwhelming—tucked away on a quiet side street off a busy main road, lacking charm, atmosphere, or any real connection to local life. There were few nearby restaurants or shops, which made the area feel quite isolated. The interior decor was also disappointing: dark, dated, and dominated by faux crocodile and snake skin finishes, which felt out of step with modern taste and gave the space a gloomy tone rather than the refined character I had hoped for.

Paris charm with modern convenience, perfect bed!

Room was beautiful, the bed was the best, breakfast fresh and delicious, and the staff couldn't be more helpful! I highly recommend this hotel and would return in a heartbeat. The location can;t be beat, the whole place was charming yet updated!

Wonderful Stay

Cleaning Services was perfect, I left the room very messy, and yet the room was cleaned very well, five stars for room service. The room and hotel gives the french wonderful, atmosphere

The stairs are an inconvenience especially with luggage to pick up, although that the staff insisted to help, but for old people the stairs will be an issue

Lovely gem of a hotel. Very quiet even on the ground floor bedroom looking directly onto street. Staff very friendly and helpful. The metro is literally round the corner less than 5minutes walk away. Would thoroughly recommend .

it was perfect for what I needed. I needed that location and I was really looking for a place to sleep and have breakf

it was very small and friendly and attractive. clean and comfortable. unpretentious. easy to get to on Metro. staff friendly and accommodating.

travellers need to know there are no lounge facilities. also a drawer and a couple of hooks would help keeping the small room clear of clutter. I was only there for 2 nights so it was perfect for that.

Very comfortable stay

My room and bathroom were spotless, and I felt completely at home there. The hotel was extremely nice, and the staff was quite helpful. You may walk to the nearest subway stop in around three to five minutes. On my future trip, I definitely plan to stop by again.
