I did not like the hotel

The hotel rooms are very small, barely enough to fit one suitcase, with an area of about 2.5 meters by 2.5 meters. You can easily hear the noise in the hallway between rooms, especially if there are children. Although I booked for 5 days, they refused to give me even a minute past 12 o’clock (check-out time). The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the Champs-Élysées. The best thing about the hotel is Mr. Chakib at the reception—he is truly wonderful, polite, and extremely helpful.

Charming, cosy, clean, hotel wonderful caring staff

The staff are absolutely wonderful! They are very welcoming, professional, friendly, extremely helpful hard-working and caring. We liked the warm, cosy atmosphere and the fact that it’s not very modern which can give hotels a cold feeling.

Staff made the stay very pleasurable and the service was impeccable.

On arrival the concierge could have not have done more to make me feel welcome. I had lost my phone, the staff member at the desk was incredibly helpful and provided me with the aid I needed to be reunited with it. They staff at the desk were very helpful when directions, travel advice or help with baggage was needed and could answer all questions asked. There was a good selection of foods at breakfast and the staff there were polite and the service as great. The room had everything required by the traveler, it was clean, spacious and well appointed.

The springs in the mattress were on the verge of not providing even support. It needed to be replaced sooner rather than later.

Pretty Paris hotel with improvement potential

The location is amazing, the hotel is gorgeous and very Parisian. The street and the room, specially the bad-room are very beautiful. Even the view from the window being inner-side was cute

The fridge was so loud at night, you could hear everything from the corridors. The temperature of the room was badly regulated. Either booking.com or the hotel understood we wanted a third bed and we did not. Even after asking to take it out, they didn’t. They receptionist at the check out did not even ask if our stay was pleasant. Not very Melia style

this property is not a 4* property by service and accomodation

I needed to make changes to the reservation. Unfortunately, neither booking.com, nir the hotel accomodated me with this change. Booking.com did not want to guarantee the rate and property decided that they could not do anything. As a result, I over paid one night, because nobody wanted to take care of a valued customer. This is what booking.com calls me.

Disappointing

Location was not bad.. close to champs Elysees

Everything was smaller compared to the pictures. Staff always kept on knocking at door all the time for service even when it was already done. Couldn't take a peaceful nap at times.

the shower over the spa, old & not working well, also a little hard to get in and out. bed was quite hard breakfast wasn’t value for money
