Location was good, just out the way of main Paris but close to subway station and a selection of food/shops.
Only downside would be the bed comfortability. I felt the bed was quite hard and gave me a stiff back and I only stayed for 2 nights.

Very suited for a one-week stay. Check-in and check-out are smooth, staff is responsive and friendly. Highly recommended if you keep kosher (many eating options in the area) and shabbat (I requested, and was given, a "shabbat-friendly" key).
This is an expensive hotel given its location (rooms face a Soviet-style housing complex). The gym is too minimalist and lacks equipment. Breakfast is a rip-off (€15 for a croissant, 1/4 of a baguette, and an occasional apple).
