I stayed in Levallois due to a client nearby in Neuilly sur Seine. It turned out to be great for recreation as well. Low key residential vibe, convenience stores and restaurants. Hotel was clean, quiet. I enjoyed the charcuterie style buffet breakfast. Everyone on staff was friendly and multilingual.

This is an excellent hotel in a safe and quiet part of Levalliois Perret but within a walkable distance to the Metro. I stayed for 3 nights and the staff were kind and helpful. Also the lift was reliable.

Lovely stay and a nice room for the money in Paris. A little out of the action but close to a Metro — just bare in mind that you’ll want to be using it to get into the city for good eating and drinking options as those in the are were quiet, expensive and not overly friendly.

Given the current situation (COVID-19), the hotel was very organized and clean. The buffet was closed, but they were asking to fill out papers the night before so that they could prepare the breakfast. Things, such as the hair drier, were packed away due to the COVID cleaning process and you would need to request them at the reception. I think they are doing a great job given the current situation, it made me feel comfortable that they were taking all necessary measures. The staff was very nice and helpful!

It was under renovation and we were only made aware of the restaurant a couple of days before our arrival! We were not told that everything but the rooms was under renovation too. They gave us the option of breakfast brought to our room each day which only turned up once the other days we had to ring down.

My friend and I took a short detour from our Amsterdam trip for a couple of days in Paris. The hotel was just what the Dr ordered. The breakfast was much more then we expected, and was very filling. The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful. The price was perfect! I would stay again and would recommend it to friends. The room was small but for 2 days, and with just our small carry-on bags the room was perfect.

This was the best hotel that we stayed in Paris. Unfortunately, we traveled during the strike and the nearest metro station was closed. Which forced us to walk long everyday or take Uber or taxi, which is not a fault of the hotel. Overall, the Hotel is a part of a chain in Paris and located in a quiet residential area. We were assigned a privileged room with a king and a twin bed. Beds were nice and room service was fine. Front desk people tried to help us as much as possible. I would definitely recommend Mercure chain of hotels.

Terrible service, unfriendly staff especially the overnight ones. I ordered room service and I didn’t get breakfast until half hour later. I ordered a seasonal fruit plate and they literally tossed two unpeeled kiwis on the tray.. lol no elevator so we had to drag 200 pounds of luggage up the stairs! Never ever ever going back and wouldn’t recommend it at all.
