Execellent facilities - but worth staying because of the warmth of the welcome.

The Hotel was excellent. Location ideal to either travel by Metro or access Paris. Within walking distance of the concert venue (Palais des Congres) I was visiting. Restaurant and bars nearby. Quiet location. Facilities were brilliant. And I cannot be more complimentary about the staff: welcoming, friendly and so helpful. With a special mention for Medina (I hope I’ve got the name right) and Nicholas who made sure we got were we needed to go, and dealt with what I suspect were irritating enquiries with patience and humour at all thanks. We look forward to visiting again.

A nice hotel, clean, nice street, friendly staff. But no restaurant or bar onsite.

The location is lovely, the hotel is very nice and clean. I was given an upgrade when checking in which was appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful. My bedroom was clean and cool, it had a nice view onto the street and I liked the big window. The bathroom was a good size and also had a nice big window.

There is very little room to walk around the bed in the bedroom. I had an upgrade, but the dressing room was tiny so I didn't use it. Very small wardrobe. The biggest disappointment is the lack of a restaurant and bar. It is advertised as having a restaurant and bar, but it doesn't. Yes, you can get room service, but nobody wants to eat in their bedroom. Myself and my friend asked for a drink when we returned back to the hotel one evening, but we were told we had to use our mini bar. So we had to go upstairs to get wine from the mini bar and come back downstairs again. On our second last day, both myself and my friend ( in separate bedrooms) both had the experience of our rooms being made up, bed changed and towels etc, but there were empty water bottles left in my bathroom which were never taken. Also the mini bar was not filled up in either of our rooms. I only realised this going to bed, so had no new bottle of water in the mini bar. Luckily, I had bought a bottle of water that day and had it in my bag. Otherwise, I would have had no water that night going to bed. I had breakfast one morning and it was not worth Eur20. No fruit, only boiled egg, no cereals, all there was available was cheese, bread and boiled eggs. I would not stay in the hotel again for these reasons.

Good location and value for money in authentic hotel that is not a huge chain.

Good location for walk to Eiffel tower, walk not very picturesque though but took 25 minutes, metro about 8 minutes walk away. Room clean and good size, water available and macaroons left upon arrival. I ordered some champagne for the room which was delicious, receptionist remembered it was my husband’s birthday and commented on this which was nice. Lovely building and parking underground right next to hotel. Lovely restaurants just around the corner from hotel, we didn’t eat breakfast in hotel, few places nearby that you can get a coffee and croissant.

Would stay again. Great part of Paris!

Nice hotel and great location. Neuilly is an area I would visit again on the border of the 17th Arr. The hotel was perfect for our visit to the French Open at Roland Garros. Bus stop was a couple blocks away and a 15 minute ride. The hotel was very clean as well. I really liked the access to unlimited coffee/tea & water (flat/sparkling).

Our room was very hot and stuffy. The thermostat did not work so we could not adjust the temperature in our room. We were told that the AC/fan does not work for certain blocks of rooms or floors. (that does not make sense!!) Our room was 26.5 celsius (80 degrees) and sleeping was awful. I wish the hotel would have comp'd us for some of our stay.

A great stay

The hotel is located at one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Paris. It is near great boulangeries and bistros and very close to arc de Triumph. The stuff is very friendly and the hotel was spotless

Excellent long weekend in the main

The location for visiting central Paris was great and the local area was most pleasant viz brassieries and artisanal shops. The Sauna room was very new and well managed, and a booking system enabled guests to have complete privacy. The bathroom facilities were excellent, new and well designed. The main reception person was very helpful and in the main, the staff all spoke very good english. We did'nt try the breakfast but, yhr facilities looked good with an outside eating area available in a very pleasant and shaded courtyard. No traffic noise was discernible anywhere in the hotel.

The TV screen was very good and large, but the channels were limited for english speakers to just one BBC world news channel, and although there was a Eurosport channel, which covered the world snooker championship live, the commentators spoke german.

-clean and cosy - friendly staff -large shower - great neighborhood - tea, coffee, water on the house - wireless charger - good connections for metro - very nice design, smell - slippers and bathrobe - rooms just like the pictures - has also a spa

Elegant and cozy alternative to the many large, impersonal chain hotels in the neighbourhood.

Well renovated property, combining French cachet to modern comfort. Great location in a cozy neighborhood, a short walk from the convention center. A much bette choice than large, impersonal, chain hotels.

On the first floor you can hear the street noise, despite the new, insulated windows. Perhaps higher floors are quieter.

Terrible interaction with the hotel manager

Hotel37Bis enforces a company policy, taking a mandatory copy of customer’s ID, which is against the French law (https://cnil.fr/fr/cnil-direct/question/un-hotelier-peut-il-faire-une-copie-de-ma-piece-didentite). Although I had paid my stay in full through Booking, and stayed twice at the hotel without complying with this policy, I was not able to get my room key until I accepted it. I would not recommend an hotel which enforces a policy which is against the French law. Booking.com customer service was not helpful in this situation.

nice comfy hotel

nice location, very clsoe to the Theater where we want to watch the musical show. (10 mins walk) nice bus&Subway connection to city center and train station (Paris nord)- bus to train station is right in front of the door! the room is clean and we can find restaurant and supermarket nearby.

the room space a bit too small, compare to the huge toilet. There is little space in the room for 2 person. but we only stayed for 2 nights and during the day time we were outside. for this purpose it is good enough.
