it was really clean and nice beds but the first night was so insanely hot even with the ac on the ac didnt do anything we turned the heaters off too and opened windows but we could not sleep it was pretty disappointing since it was my birthday the next day which i was preparing for ages for. the staff r nice but the room was so so hot and small it was really tough

The hotel has no lift in every floor. If you have baggage, be prepared to carry your baggae half floor down or up to your room level. The experience is a nightmare for us tonight. my sister and i, arrived at the hotel late, very tired and sleepy from travel. we left the 2 big luggages at the reception for 2 days and came back to check in again with 2 cabin baggages. Th reception gave us a room in 6th floor without lift. The lift will only reach 4.5 floor. That means, we need to carry our 2 big bagages 1 1/2 floor up. being very petite ladies, i went to seek for help to the receptionist. He said there is no service in this hotel and we need to carry it on our own. Or else, he can take but after 1 hour . I did not agree as it was midnight. We wanted to rest upon arrival at room. We cant wait for another hour forthe baggages to reach us. The absence of lift, the absence of room service, and the creepy stairs is not really good. When i complained, he changed the room to a room where we just need to carry the bagges, half floor. To be honest, this kind of hotel isnt worth the money you pay. I have been to many hotels in Paris. There are cheaper with more considerate crew and good room service and assistance and of course, lift in every floor.

Lovely family ran hotel. Staff speak English very well and are incredibly friendly. Had a long chat with Raul who gave me loads of recommendations for places to eat and bars. Even some lesser know local spots for photo opportunities of he landmarks. Rooms are small but cozy. Has a bar and serves food. Very reasonably priced for Paris. Best sleep I've had in a hotel. Very comfy beds. Very clean. Can't fault it and would definitely go back!

This si the worst hotel i have been in all the countries i have been. There is no elevator in every floor. The first staff who assisted us was very kind to give us a room where we just need to walk half floor down with all our bagages. But the other staff who on July 8 evening is very terrible. he booked us at the highest floor where the lift is no available. lift is only available until 4.5 floor. I told him to move us at least to a floor where we wont need to take too many floors to carry our baggage but he did not agree. I requested him to help us at least to carry our big luggages, but he said there is no room service and it isnot their job to assist. not minding, we we tried to go to our room assigned. But since the baggages are too heavy, i went back to the reception and insisted to give us another room. he did not want to agree, but when i told him, i would reflect in my review, he yielded to give us a room where we only need to carry our baggage half floor. Even when we checked out on the 10th july, he was again on duty. He never offered to assist in our baggage. I have never been in a hotel with a staff, who is very apathetic. just a piece of advise, if you can carry your luggages, you can check in here. But there are other hotels in the area. Valerie who was on duty on the 9th was kind though and the receptioniist on the 5th when we arrived.
