Amazing hotel

Really comfortable bed, shower pressure is excellent and best of all staff is so friendly and helpful. All the reception staff were wonderful. Needed to be close by the Le Palais Des Congres and this hotel is 5min walk away so it was perfect location wise too.

Excellent breakfast facilitated by a professional and friendly staff! Chapeau! Camille was extremely helpful at the front desk and went out of her way to make my stay a pleasant one.

The hotel needs to provide face cloths in the bathrooms especially for North Americans.

location is excellent, close to rail links and metro, supermarket nearby as well as good restuarants and cafes. Room though small has everything you need, bathroom amenities good, nice towels and linen, tv good, fridge in room, minibar, waking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Quiet neighbourhood not touristy. Safe at night. Staff friendly and helpful, all spoke english and were very pleasant to engage with. Stayed here many times, always a pleasure.

Breakfast was good but basic, felt that the continential breakfast was weird in restricting the number of pastries to two.

Good size room - my previous stays in Paris hotels the room has been very small. New water every day. Nice toiletries. Proper & plentiful hangers. Comfy bed. Inc gown & slippers. Just really nice touches. Lovely breakfast room - wonderful breakfast. Lovely staff.

A little dirty in the room could have been better Very small the rooms even though paid for deluxe it was all hallway and small room Breakfast was a con - not very well explained that if you have a hot drink the price goes up to 20 euros The internet was the worse ever was dropped more than connected and impossible to watch Netflix thru

It was my first time to France and would definitely stay here again.

From the time I walked in till the time I checked out everything was perfect. Staff was amazing. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Housekeep was also amazing and resourceful. Breakfast was also amazing.

The staff. The manager was kind. Mary who checked me in was very friendly. And Camille is a great staff member to have on your team because she makes sure her guests have everything they need! I have been working in the hotel industry for the last 5 years so I don’t take good service for granted. And the breakfast was perfect! 🤩

Great location linked to gare du nord with rer E and paris west with rer C Very comfortable bed, decent space in the room, decent space in the bathroom and nice shower pressure. Super soft towels! Very nice amenities overall and very polite staff . There is an elevator.

No kettle available but the person at the reception prepared hot water for delivery in the room upon request which was a very nice touch. The light in the room is a bit too dim.

Rooms a little small for the price but very comfortable and pleasant hotel

Room & hotel was clean and pleasant. Bed very comfortable. the room had good soundproofing with a busy city outside. Shower was hot and powerful.

Two small things I didn’t like - the room was very small and so one side of the bed had no bedside table and so one of us had to put water/phone etc on the floor next to the bed. Also there was no kettle in the room, you had to use the hot water from the coffee machine, which makes a bad cup of tea. Not huge problems but this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel and was not inexpensive. I would expect a kettle and two bedside table would be standard

There was no fan inside the toilet and while some of the staff were super friendly, some weren't. The room was also extremely tiny but not a big deal because I was by myself and barely stayed at the Hotel other than for sleeping at night.
