Fantastic location, albeit quite cold.

The location is fantastic. We did not see any staff, but they were quick to reply via WhatsApp. There is plenty of space and the beds are comfortable.

Main problem we had was the bathroom and the water supply. There is a shower and a bath. Initially the shower did not work - that got fixed later on. The water pressure in the sink and kitchen is low. You need to run either the shower head in the bath or (when it works) the shower, to kickstart the boiler. Otherwise the taps run cold. We visited in October. Particularly the living room was very cold. You cannot turn on the heating. When the staff did that remotely we noticed little increase in temperature. Living room was a bit too cold to comfortably sit and read.

The property is amazing the only thing that others might not like is that the bar a few doors down plays loud music in the evening….. this didn’t bother us at all.

Spacious and charming apartment in the heart of Perugia

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and charm of this apartment. Perfectly located in the heart of Perugia, just steps from the main attractions and all the venues of the Journalism Festival I came to attend — I will definitely return for another occasion. I hesitated between giving a full five stars for the location or removing one because of the square: picturesque by day, but quite noisy at night. Be sure to bring earplugs. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything I needed was readily available.

Hot water was somewhat limited, and the heating could have come on a bit more often — but aside from that, everything was excellent.

Central to historic area but dark and noisy.

Very secure and central location with a good size kitchen, loft bedroom, and lounge area.

The apartment was very dark, and scaffolding blocked the little view that there was. The bathroom needs updating, and there is no parking close by, which meant we needed to drag our suitcases a long way. There was a lot of noise coming up from bars downstairs, so we needed ear plugs to help sleep at night.

It was the most amazing location, directly above the Piazza IV Novembre - right in the middle of the beautiful old town. Many restaurants and bars within 5 min walking distance. The appartement was very spacious and beautifully furnished with a mixture of modern and antique elements. The communication regarding the appartment was very friendly, helpful and quick. A small problem with the drain in the shower was fixed within 15min. Awesome! Thank you so much for the wonderful time

The appartment is directly above the Piazza IV Novembre - the place where a lot of young people meet in the evening. So it can be noisy enough to hear it despite the very well noise-insulated windows. We didn't mind at all but if you're a very light sleeper you might have trouble sleeping.

Great memories!

The location of the apartment is excellent, situated right in the heart of the main square. The apartment was very cute, impeccably clean with everything that one needs. The owners were exceptionally helpful, great to communicate with and gave clear instructions from arriving to the apt, to handling the keys, to how to use transportation etc.

Apartment is situated right on top of a noisy bar. If you're a light sleeper it might get in the way. Music was on till past midnight.

Lovely homely apartment slap bang in the centre of the old town.

Great location, clean and comfortable with all that was needed (we stayed in February so was quiet, but could imagine a fair bit of noise from outside in the warmer months). But would stay again especially when the lift is installed. Loved the decor and the facilities. Shops really close by to get supplies.

Only issue is the stairs but the staff did offer to meet us and transfer our luggage to the apartment.

Location right next to the central square, with windows facing towards the fontana Maggiore and the cathedral (hence the reason it can get a bit noisy at night, as it is a very lively place). The loft is wonderful, large space, nicely decorated, very clean. The communication with the host pre and during the trip was excellent. The idea to make all the info regarding access and check-in available via a video was pretty innovative and useful/ appreciated.

Lovely apartment, but a little too close to the Piazza.

Staff were helpful answering all questions and requests. Very clean and nicely decorated.

I didn't realize that there would not be someone there to meet me. Access by key box only, and all interaction via WhatsApp. It is noisy until very late at night because of parties on the square.

Subito tutti a Umbrian Concierge! Una vera chicca nel cuore di Perugia, sulla piazza più bella!

La posizione tanti piani sopra alla piazza più bella, con la fontana duecentesca e la Galleria Nazionale, era semplicemente fantastica. Il panorama sembrava quasi una pubblicità di quelle contemporanee, sulle le bellezza italiche. L'appartamento vanta un soggiorno immenso con pianoforte, niente di meno, e mio compagno si è messo pure a suonarlo! Camera da letto più cozy, come è giusto. Mobili, lampadari, etc. tutto di gusto. Insomma, una vera chicca!

L'unico problema non era dovuto all'appartamento, ma ad un abbassamento di acqua corrente nella zona. Era ottobre e quindi pre-riscaldamenti accessi, e così il soggiorno, dove alla fine ho dovuto lavorare per ben sette ore di fila, era freddino per una tale impresa, ma la camera ha un bel condizionatore.

La posizione. Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la posizione centrale e devo ammettere che è davvero ottima. La stanza, senza cucina, è una mansardina carina che meriterebbe qualche attenzione in più dal gestore.

Detto che è una mansardina quindi fate attenzione se siete alti, direi che l' arredo della camera sia stato il lato negativo: è carente di un tavolo, di almeno una sedia, dei due comodini, di una testata per il letto (c'è una rete con il materasso appoggiato sopra), di pressione dell' acqua nella doccia e di un porta asciugamani fruibile da chi fa la doccia.

De locatie. De eerste ochtend (een zondagochtend) werden wij gewekt door een devote processie op weg naar de Dom. Het gebouw ligt tegenover het Nationaal Museum van Perugia, waarvan de twee klokken ons bij de tijd hielden.
