The room was cosy and spacious, I liked the two layered design. The bed was comfortable. The area is very green and well maintained. The deer were also a nice add on to the scenery.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was a bit pricey but tasty.
The spa was super small and access was limited. It can only fit 4 people at a time, so you need to book your visit in advance and you can then spend an hour only using the facilities. The inside pool is super small and not well heated. Also, the spa center is in a separate building and there is no warm connection to it from the hotel rooms, which wasn’t great in February.
The furna bar was nice but it was cold and the gas lap menat to heat it was broken.

From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a special place. The room view is absolutely spectacular, making it hard to even leave the balcony, and the room itself is kept spotlessly clean and neat. I really appreciated the thoughtful room accessories and how easy it was to get from the room directly to the restaurant without any hassle.
The breakfast was incredibly delicious and fresh, providing the perfect start to the day. What truly made the stay, though, was the lovely staff—they are so polite, welcoming, and genuine that you feel right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with great service, this is definitely it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Our room was very, very cold. Even though the radiators were on, the rooms were freezing. What’s more, the radiators switched off in the middle of the night. We tried to heat the room with the fireplace until morning, but it didn’t help. There was a door in our bathroom that we didn’t know where it led to. It was locked, but we didn’t know what was behind it. The lock on the door leading to the garden was faulty. We didn’t feel safe at all whilst sleeping. It was also very cold. The hotel is luxurious, the staff are very good, but the facilities are very poor. Unfortunately, I have to give this hotel a low rating...
