Great value for money and a really lovely stay ,only to be let down by the suspect bar staff

Location of the hotel was fantastic. Right on the canal and next to the city centre. Parking was simple and easy. We booked a deluxe room and it met our expectations, the dule aspect windows were an added bonus.

We had drinks in the bar after having a meal in the city centre. I ordered 1 pint of stella and 1 large glass of wine. We were charged nearly £28!!!. I returned for a second pint , to be charged £14 plus. I was served by a different person for the third drink and was only charged £8!!. I only realised the different charges after i looked at my banking app on my phone. This was the only thing that let our stay at the Hilton down. I would stay in the hotel again, but i wont be drinking or eating in the bar/restaurant when i do return!!!

Perfect weekend getaway, refreshing and relaxing.

I loved the location, the roof top bar. Everything was perfect. The room was a nice size and clean. The staff were friendly and it was really quiet. Honestly we had the best time

I suppose the only thing I could say if I was to be totally nit picky, the room was quite warm in the night, so I had to get up to change the thermostat. If that doesn’t sum up how brilliant double tree was then I don’t know what will. Beautiful place. We’ll definitely be back.

Great vibes, spotless rooms and right next to nice bars and coffee shops

Have stayed before and I've come back again because I always liked the furnishings and the really big beds. The facilities are always top notch, even tried the restaurant (The Lock) downstairs on this occasion, and thought the staff were lovely and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Train station can be easily accessed as well, just going under the arches next to the hotel

The Skybar staff especially Carlos were amazing. It is a great venue. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable.

Great location for the station and city centre, whilst also being quiet. Lovely view of the canal. Reception was friendly and efficient.

The room doors close loudly and I was near the lift which is also loud both with people chatting and the ‘ping’ of the doors.

Great and good value

Love the location and the views and rooms big and clean. Staff in lock bar brilliant. Attentive and kind.

Staff in sky bar completely different. Ignored us when sat at bar. We don’t expect speedy service but at least to be noticed. We went down to lock and were treated a lot lot nicer. Like chalk and cheese.

Very enjoyable way to appreciate Leeds, great staff and ambience. I would stay again, for sure.

Lovely room with view over canal basin, clean and comfortable, sympathetically decorated. View from the roof terrace bar was great, especially that it is fireworks season. Excellent breakfast.

There was a connecting door to the next room so sound-proofing was not as good as it might have been.

Lovely room with comfortable bed and great facilities. Nice view overlooking the canals. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very close to the train station.

There was an event on in the rooftop bar and we could still faintly hear music playing into the early hours of the morning.
