View from room was grand.
Comfort was good.
Location was good.
Hotel facilities could be better.
Staff great and hotel was absolutely spotless
Breakfast was expensive.
The quality of the breakfast 'Fry' items was poor. They were also barely warm and the rashers & eggs were especially poor (the rashers were like wood and the eggs like frisbies every morning of the 3 breakfasts).

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location close to the city centre. Room was well appreciated and spotlessly clean. Large comfortable bed and great views out of the window. The breakfast was fabulous and all of the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and will be booking again.

The hotel and restaurant staff were professional and helpful. The room was clean and modern and the shower was excellent.
Breakfast was terrible. Over cooked eggs, catering bacon, dried out sausage, baked beans straight out of the can & heated and simple machine coffee for ÂŁ20 each is just not acceptable. I could have had a much better breakfast at a Starbucks, cheaper. Do you not have a chef? Can you not have respect for your guests and put slightly more effort into it.
I was looking forward to the Sky Lounge but it disappointed. Again, excellent staff service. The problem is it felt like being at a nightclub. Why was the music so loud? Its seated dining and drinks, no dance floor, but you could not talk to each other due to how loud the music was. I noted that the guests were generally not 20 to 30. The music was inappropriately loud for what should have been a light environment.
