We had an amazing stay for the weekend and would definitely recommend this hotel !

The room was spacious, staff were accommodating and lovely, on site car parking and the price was decent for the duration of our stay. The location was only a 10-15 minuet walk into the city centre and there were a few convince stores within a 5-10 minuet walk from the hotel. The reception staff were always present around the clock if we needed to ask anything and we had a peaceful sleep both nights with no outside noise such as traffic etc which was lovely.

Maybe having a little fridge in room to store things you brought or buy.

Lovely hotel , let down by inconsiderate people returning to the hotel after an evening out .

Lots of noise in the night. Other guests coming back to the rooms in the early hours , very loud & drunk . Music playing in one of the rooms at 4am . Do not the best nights sleep . Also £14 to park your car on top of the hotel room cost is a bit steep .

Prefect location for our Leeds United match.

Good size, comfortable and clean rooms with great breakfast. Walking distance or short Uber to Elland Road stadium and Leeds city centre.

Considering it’s not right in the city centre, car parking at £14 a day at the property car park seemed a little excessive.

Lovely stay couldnt really fault it only thing we wanted was one of festive coffees after our night out however machine not on or not working and was only early really, the lovely member of staff made us a paper cup coffee from kitchen but not quite the same , would stay again tho

One of the two elevators was out of action. This was long-term maintenance and the hotel did message me about it in advance. However it still meant waiting and the one lift being congested.

Nice stay and great value for money as the hotel is close to downtown.

Hotel located very close to the city. Within ten minutes you're down town. Staff was very friendly. The room was really big even it was a standard king room. The bed was nice and the bathroom big and clean. Also a late check out is possible for a fee which was convient to me.

I had lunch in the hotel and the food was average. The parking cost 14gpb and is a little expensive compare to the rate of the room.

Great hotel.

Booked this on behalf of the In-laws. They were really happy with the hotel. Loved the room and said the breakfast was tasty! They were perplexed by the kettle being stowed away in a draw 😅 but found the room really clean and comfy .

They found the location a little far as they do have slight trouble walking long distances, but they did say this wouldn’t put them off booking again as the hotel was so nice.

A wonderful stay

From arrival to departure...this hotel shone. Check in with Peyton on the front desk was so welcoming and friendly. We managed to get an early check in which was amazing Room was upgraded ...with 15% off drinks/ room service etc and late check out which was very welcolmed. Room very comfy Breakfast amazing Staff very friendly Loved our stay here and will definately be back

Unfortunately we had an issue with being served in the bar when we came back just after Midnight on the Saturday x Bar staff said bar was shutting...we had been told earlier on in the day it would most likely be open til at least 1am. Id wanted to have a drink in the bar as it was so inviting and decorated for Christmas. I spoke with the duty manager and she sorted drinks for us...there were other people in the bar area too. Room was a little dark to put make up on ! The positives weigh outshine the above

Great stay and we’ve stayed at the Leeds hotel a fair few times. Never a problem and always obligin.

The staff were very welcoming. The bed and room facilities were great but most of all the curtains being lined for blackout was fabulous. A great nights sleep.
