It was very good apart from other inconsiderate Guests.

Very clean hotel. Breakfast was good we had a evening meal the night before we left it was very good nice and hot Pizza and great chips.

Other people near our room were very noisy along the corridor near to ours sounded drunk very inconsiderate early hours of the morning. Why are there no phones in the room now ? It would have been good to call Reception in a similar situation if any thing happened out of the normal giving guests some reassurance.

Breakfast was really nice with good options. Room was spacious. Good location. Bathroom was really clean and well maintained with a good size shower.

Overall excellent place, friendly staff, good location and cozy rooms.

Lights above breakfast table are too close, it hit my parents (both mom and dad) couple of times while they were trying to get coffee/breakfast. Secondly, we were give discount for parking and i appreciate that, however, would have been great if there was at least 50% discount for guest parking if not free (just a suggestion)

A brilliant hotel for a Leeds city break

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early, which was an unexpected bonus. The location is great for accessing Leeds city centre, it is about 15 minutes to walk into town. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was very quiet overnight with effective black out curtains. This along with the comfortable bed resulted in a good nights sleep. The breakfast selection was good and everything was tasty.

Suitable for a quick city stay and great breakfast

Couldn’t find the booking on their system when arrived - fortunately showed them booking.com email and reservation and they had an spare room however I had booked a twin and there was only a double left so my daughter slept on the settee as she had gone with her dad and didn’t want to share the bed. She had gone for an interview at the University

The hotel and staff were welcoming plus the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good, hot with a good selection. Parking cost was reasonable and reduced with a code from the hotel.

The hotel is a good 20minute walk from the city centre or £6 in an uber.

The staff were professional and friendly. The rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. The included breakfast was decent.

They played music in the bar area from 6:30am for breakfast and it woke me up as my room was above the bar. Attention to detail with cleaning wasn't quite there (TV remote needed a good scrub).

It was just ok not articularly impressive

Proximity to city centre and train station. Room was comfortable

AC was loud and noisy. No fridge in the room and I had a medication that needed refrigeration. While they offered for me to leave it with them at reception, it was inconvenient and not practical. The shower pressure was so low, showering was a struggle. Room is poorly lit which was not good for a work meeting where I needed to have my camera on
