Perfect place to stay in Leeds, good value for money.
My friend and I were allocated a room on the 7th floor, it was spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, the sheets etc were very clean. The bathroom was big enough for us, well appointed and the towels were not only very fluffy but also spotlessly clean. Check in was hassle free, staff on reception friendly. Breakfast was superb, one of the best breakfasts we have had on our travels, excellent selection of fresh fruit, yoghurts, bread types and the hot food selection looked freshly cooked, lots of choice. The dining area is spacious, clean and the staff are very pleasant. Would we book this hotel again.....if staying in Leeds again, highly likely and would certainly recommend to anyone looking for accomodation in Leeds. Thought it was very good value for money.
I suspect that at very busy times, check in could be a slow process, for us it wasn't a problem as reception was quiet when we arrived.

Good hotel at a reasonable rate. Very good breakfast. Ideal location close to the railway station.

Very convenient hotel with parking, ideal for a visit that included two trips to the station.
Excellent location for Station and city centre. Clean comfortable room with good heating. Helpful reception staff and on site parking.
Bar was a bit cold and the staff on duty were very nice but unable to provide a cocktail from the menu. But, that’s a minor criticism about a good stay. Note that the car park is tight. We took our smaller car but still came very very close to hitting the ceiling with the tailgate. Warning signs re tail gate opening would be good.

Room was clean and very presentable. Well stocked with toilet rolls etc.
There were only small towels in the room no bigger than a bath mat. Would have been nice to have a larger towel to dry with.
