All in all a really good stay and a really handy location. Would stay again but would bring ear plugs.

Location, proximity to city centre and small green space for the dog.

Single glazing means a lot of noise from outside especially evening or early mornings. There were some dirty towels in the washing machine when we arrived.

Amazing apartments. We stayed there in Dec 2025 the night before our daughters graduation and it was only about £25 more expensive than the Premier Inn. The apartment and actually the building is just stunning and the location from central Leeds is excellent, just a few minutes walk away, and yet you get to look out onto a lovely green square. When we went the apartment and the entrance were decorated in the most beautiful Christmas decorations. Scott was super helpful with arrangements by WhatsApp as the time approached for our stay.

Tiny things, but in the master bedroom if you are a big guy like me you have to swivel a little bit as you walk past the bottom of the bed to avoid hitting your shoulder on the wall-mounted tv, but there is plenty of space elsewhere. Parking, if you book the parking at extra cost then ask for a photograph of the entrance as it is a bit tricky to find (and bit tight if you have a big car, we have a medium sized SUV and just had a to be a little careful).

Beautiful spacious and clean apartment. Location was fantastic, 5 minute walk to the centre of town. Host left us tea/coffee facilities as well as bottles of water and wine.

Bed wasn't very comfortable I suppose that's individual preference but but friends staying in another apartment above mentioned their bed felt uncomfortable also

Gorgeous apartment, nice and clean when we arrived. Was decorated for Christmas which was also cute!

Great location and building, let down by minor issues but the coldness affected our whole stay.

Nice bottle of bubbly when we arrived, unfortunately we couldn't drink it as not in the fridge so warm. Apartment was clean, spacious and in great condition.

The apartment was cold. The heating was switched off, we switched it on when we got there but it never recovered the heat. The back bedroom radiators never had any heat in them despite getting the lounge up to temperature. My wife said it was the coldest sleep she has had unless she was camping. Also no milk provided - UHT would have sufficed. Coffee and tea etc was there. . . . .

Good location but I wouldn't recommend driving as nearby parking is restricted.

Great location. Clean and tidy. Most things worked as they should. Easy and clear access instructions.

Couldn't work the TVs. Some basic items like milk salt & pepper would have been useful. Parking outside is not 24hour parking, so had to move the car some distance to find appropriate parking.

Great stay, would return.

The apartment is in a great location. Very clean and tidy. Parking outside ( need to pay extra), hot tub was great addition to our night. We felt safe with the code pad on the front of the house and the apartment door. We will be staying again.

The only negative thing I was able to find, is that the bed was to hard. But we all different preference.

Classy apartment.

The decor, the location and the amenities. Was so lovely to do something different and stay in apartment. Something haven’t done before and different from a hotel. Me and my partner like a chill quiet vibe anyway so was Perfect. Felt very secure and relaxed. Would defo come back and stay in future. Was great to see how close it was to the city centre. Shame we won’t In longer as we were seeing a concert. But did love the welcome basket of tea and wine. Shame I’m not a wine drinker 😂 Have thought in future to come back and stay in a bigger apartment when staying with another couple. Get more out of the use then.

I did get cold at one point and couldn’t work out how to use the heating. So that was a downside. Could be helpful if could change it. If instructions but it could be to have it locked at a certain temperature.
