A decent stay, no complaints (apart from the bath), but somehow I expected more from Hyatt
Location was good. Design of the hotel overall is good - modern, clean, new, very well looked after. It's just the room which didn't meet my expectations, despite of being in the upgraded category (King room).
It was a King room, nevertheless there was no electric plug in the bathroom. To do my hair with a curler I needed to go to the room, to do it ''blindly'' without a mirror (but next to the electric plug as I have electric curler) and then every 3 min I had to go to the bathroom to look at the mirror to see which part of my hair I missed. What about electric tooth brush? Hair dryer? Very strange. Also, the room is very dark, it's like being in a cave. Only side lights (and they are weak), no primary light. If you like depressing cavey-cagey feeling then yes, that design is for you. If not - probably worth looking for some other hotel/room design.

Rooms smell like the inside of a sewer.
Comfortable bed.
Horrendous smell of sewers in the rooms. Our friends moved rooms on arrival as the smell was so bad. Ours started to smell when we got in at night and overnight became almost unbearable. The staff all know about the problem but just said sorry. No offer of discount or refund. Also on the morning we stripped the bed as we always do and the sheet underneath was stained brown.

Everything was perfect. The most reasonable stay you will get in Leeds on a Saturday night. Central to everything and all facilities and room was pristine.
Only thing I can fault is the parking across the road is expensive even with the reduction.
