Malmaison Hotel Leeds

Great Staff, Central Location & Dog Friendly.

We had a 3 night stay here and really enjoyed it, the beds were comfortable and the hotel is central with great staff (they even remembered our dogs name on check out). Just a couple of minor snags we picked up on.. The power of the shower was terrible, the water just trickled out. Although we opted in to have our room cleaned it wasn’t, therefore our Towels weren’t changed and the Toilet Roll, Tea & Coffee weren’t replenished, the reception staff did immediately bring some more tea & coffee when we asked but we had to go find the cleaning staff to ask for clean Towels and more toilet roll. Other than that it was a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

Bed was very comfy. Good facilities. I loved the option to swap a room clean for a free drink - this was absolutely perfect given we were only staying for 2 nights. The room was an excellent size and having large windows and high ceilings made it feel extra spacious. Location couldnt have been more convenient.

The room was clean-ish. The phone and bedside table were quite dusty and the bathroom didnt have a good finish. But it was perfectly serviceable.

Would have been a perfect stay if id have managed to get more than 3.5hrs sleep due to staff allowing another guest to leave a barking dog alone in a room for over 2hours (which is against hotel policy) even after numerous complaints from myself and other guests.
