Friendly staff, excellent position in Leeds. Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.
Our room was very nice, however let down by the bathroom which definitely needs updating. Our shower was faulty and didn't work.

Noise from the street. Yes it was a Saturday night in a city centre but we were still awake unable to sleep at 5am.
