I’d go there again
Clean, comfortable and modern
Checking in after midnight seemed to cause issues at the desk. On about the booking behind for the day before. At first I was told I didn’t have a room because although I had a booking confirmation, it was first come first served and the hotel was full. I got a room eventually, an upgrade, but only after expressing my annoyance.

Loved everything about this hotel!
Great service from all members of staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Fabulous location with everything in walking distance. The hotel was spotlessly clean and we had a really spacious king size room. Breakfast was really nice and a good selection to choice from. Would highly recommend and we now just need an excuse to return.

Convenient location disappointing breakfast

Breakfast was not restocked we went at 8am and they had run out of lots of items no mushrooms no muffins no pain au raisin and cereals depleted etc very disappointing. Also blood on the mattress saw by accident next day as tidying the bed wasn’t nice.

Lots of space. Clean, fresh and new. Knowledgeable staff.
Breakfast. The demand at peak times was too high. The staff struggled to provide continuously refreshed food. The seating area was too cramped and it felt like a cheap all-inclusive.

Really loved this hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious and well equipped, beds comfortable, good placement of sockets, really happy with the room. The location was brilliant, right near the train station, and the staff were fantastic.

Perfect more than I expected
Perfect location, stunning room with perfect city views, rooftop bar was excellent.
Nothing the room was clean and modern but bathroom was well stocked and the bedroom came with 2 extra cushions and a blanket. The shower could maybe be a bit more powerful but nothing to complain about really.
