Great location, nice rooms!

Room was very light and spacious. Nice facilities with very large comfortable bed. Aporeciated having fridge available. Views were amazing being on the top floor and such a good location opposite the train station.

Could do with soundproofing against neighbouring rooms. No issue with outside noise, that wasn't the problem. Woken up by returning partygoers at 3.30am who continued on for an hour or so in their room.

Great location and staff are always friendly

The consumables hadn't been topped up in the room which i hadn't realised until I was in the shower with nothing to wash with. It was resolved as soon as i asked at reception by the time i returned later.

Stay here quite regularly and it’s location is brilliant, very comfortable beds and lovely spacious rooms and having a fridge is very useful

Maybe a little more lighting in this particular room and also a few more milk sachets wouldn’t go amiss, but I’m sure if asked that would be no problem

No instruction given for the lifts initially and only went to 9th floor and we stayed on 17th floor , lift stopped and we thought it had broken . Then was advised we had to use the keycard to proceed

Great value for money, loverly hotel with with amazing service

The room was huge and had every little extra such as hairdryer, iron and ironing board, coffee machine and kettle, big bath and shower. Service from the staff was excellent

The king bed was two singles pushed together which wasn’t a problem but the mattress on one was softer than the other.

Excellent hotel, Great Value.

The location was perfect for us, over the road from the train station and close to bars and restaurants. Our room had a great view on the 12th floor, very clean and tidy, Bed was very comfortable, all the amenities that we needed were available.

I only thing I didn't like was having to leave. Will definitely stay again.

Short and Sweet

Good Location, Lovely big room with complimentary water and coffee machine. Very clean and plenty of towels. Breakfast was fresh and hot which it isn't always when its a buffet. Staff were very helpful and polite.

They were having maintenance work done and the water was switched off between 10am-3pm. Whilst this is not an issue as in order to run things smoothly works have to be done, my only problem was it was not mentioned verbally at check in, Luckily I actually read the guest information when we got to the room. Otherwise we would not have known. We did point this out when we checked out as not everyone reads the guest info and it should have been mentioned at check in to give you the opportunity to make other arrangements.

The fridge in the room was unplugged and I need to store insulin . I was allocated a room that had been vacated but not made up, therefore having to go back down to the reception.

Great location

Great central location 2 mins walk from train station and 5 minutes walk from all of the shopping area. Huge shopping centre right next door! Hotel was clean and I like the eco option of having a drink/food voucher rather than having your room cleaned. Great tea and coffee facilities in room which is rare! Bed was huge!

The bathroom door is glass.. with the toilet facing right at it. As much as I love my husband and kids I quite like to do toilet buisness in private. No window in bathroom. Overall room was a little basic and tired. Bed quite hard... could have done with a topper.

It was an enjoyable stay and the room was very good for the price and the location was excellent.

Location was excellent, staff were friendly and extended my checkout time by an hour for free, room was above average size.

The beds was made as a large double on arrival even though I booked two singles but was quickly changed when asked, the beds were good but slightly uncomfortable.

Great! Will definitely be out first choice when we visit Leeds again.

We have stayed at the Park Plaza several times. The staff are always very helpful and welcoming. The location is great, in the centre of Leeds and near to the train station. We had the breakfast this time. There was plenty of choice of both hot and cold food.

There was a couple of problems with our room, loose toilet seat, and a light that wasn't working. We reported this but unfortunately there's no maintenance on a Sunday. However we did have a choice to change our room which I felt was very fair.

A good first night in a Radisson hotel

The location was perfect for my needs. The view of Leeds from the 14th floor was a delight. I found the room spacious, stylish and well appointed. The breakfast included choices I had not seen offered at other hotels. The staff were friendly and polite.

The light switches on either side of the bed that serve the function of bedside lamps (although overhead) activate the light on the other side of the large double bed. This is in room 1408. This may be great for playful or cooperative couples, but was a bit awkward for me as a single person. I'd prefer to just flip the switch off when I'm ready to sleep and not scootch across and back first. When you exit the lift on the 14th floor there is a sign which lists which rooms are to the left and which are to the right. Unfortunately, there are no arrows, so you have to explore to see which way your room lies. Could arrows be added? There's no toilet brush. There are some jobs I'd rather not leave to staff.

I could've stayed the whole week

We were greeted at reception with a friendly smile and helpful nature. The room had a great view. Absolutely loved that there was a fridge. The bathroom was very clean and the shower i didn't want to get out. The toiletries smelt so lovely. The bed was very comfy and it was great the tv was big screen so i had no trouble being decadent and watching the film whilst lying down! Everything was clean and fresh. Plenty of wardrobe space and storage. The hotel was in a perfect location for getting around Leeds town centre.

Very very minor....No hot chocolate! A little trip to tescos a few metres away solved that.

Location was great

Unable to get a decaf coffee at the bar as the bar man couldn’t charge it through the till. Had to get a duty manager to come and tell the barman just do a decaf coffee… which took 20 minutes to sort!!
